Contacted USEF/USDF as advised by the AHS since they would have info re: competition results. Waiting for reply…forwarded the pedigree to American Hanoverian Society and they have no record of her. Said she could have been registered out of the country but not in the U.S.[/QUOTE]

:lol:You go girl

I don’t think USEF/USDF would have information on “local shows” that are unrated. The Hunter/Junper shows held at Buckeye Horse Park are unrated and a 20,000.00 horse would probably stick out like a sore thumb. You can take a look at the Hunter/Jumper organization that holds the events at Buckeye, go to their website I believe it is Up and Over. org or.com. They also have the end of year results listed for winners by the divisions. I’m sure you could find out if a horse was shown.

“shown up and down the coast”. Which coast would that be? And are they all non-rated shows? Talk about pissing your money away, not to mention exhausting. If someone took the time to travel up and down a coast, showing a horse, surely it is documented somewhere. Ha! Ha!

Unfortunately, Up and Over will only list the names of horses who were members of Up and Over. You don’t have to be a member of Up and Over to get year end points at Buckeye. Two different organizations. And unfortunately Buckeye is not very good at updating their website with result info.

Re:Buckeye

So…yea…can someone explain why you would show a $20,000 horse at an unrated show??? Morgan M…can you enlighten us all since you know the inner workings of Britney’s mind???

Indeed!!!

Ya know a few years ago people could spin elaborate tails of greatness about a horse when selling but thanks to USEA/USDF etc. these organizations make doing so more difficult for the bsr. I do believe this could be persued as fraud in a court of law. HMMMMMMMMMMM

i posted on another thread about B and i just want to find out about my horse and make sure he is safe. If your reading this britney i would appreciate anything you could tell me about him and where he is if he is no longer with you.

if any one else on here has seen him within the past 18 months i would appreciate any knowledge at all about his whereabouts. thank you.

He is a liver chestnut gelding although during the winter his mane and tail are black he has no black on his legs so we call him a liver chestnut. he has 3 white socks and is about 15.2 he is about 10 or 11 years old and has a blaze shaped like a question mark complete with a little dot on his nose. he throws his nose around alot almost like he is twitching becuase he has wobblers i want to make sure that wherever he is that he is being cared for and they know about this condition. i can give you more information on him if you think you may know of him. if anyone knows anything about him i would greatly apprecciate it. this horse is like my baby and would never have let him go somewhere if i knew that it was not going to be a permanent place for him. thank you for reading

alex. feel free to email me if you know of anything at alexhaugan@yahoo.com

You don’t say where you live, but, why don’t you just call her or make a surprise visit to Brit Le’ Brand Farm? From what she says, visitors are always welcome with open arms:winkgrin:… her Home #, address, and cell # are all still the same. She is also posting horses for sale on equinenow.com (says she is in coshocton- she’s actually a warsaw address) You can probably contact her through her ad. Search within 25 miles of area code 43844- look for coshocton postings

my mom (im only 17 and she dealt with her through the whole ordeal with finding a place for him) so she called and her mom answered the phone and asked and said she would pass on the message to her to have her call back. but we live in virginia and will go up there if it comes to that.

pictures?

She said she would supply pictures (if requested) on the horses she has for lease/sale/adoption/whatever…

Well, I’ve asked around about Demi and no one has any recollection of her at the Buckeye shows. A horse like that would’ve stuck out at that show and we don’t remember any horses THAT nice there. So hmmm

well we sent him up there at the end of october in 2007 so if she did sell him or w.e he would probably be gone by now he was very cute and sweet and if you caught him on a good day appeared very sound so he could have easily been sold =[ thank you though all suggestions and help are greatly appreciated.

Well, she did have a mare “Deltara Dolly” that she was leasing out last fall. If that’s the case, they’re two different horses. Deltara Dolly is a 1988 model.

Dolly

I didn’t realize Dolly was that old. I wouldn’t have guessed it when my best friend and I were there.

Was this the “Dolly” you remember?

Yeah cause she was so funny. My best friend loved her and Dolly wouldn’t leave her alone.

I fell in love with her myself, but she wanted to lease her to me for $200 a month, I take on full care and had to send her back bred to a $4500 stallion. No thanks.

Wow

Wow the things she could want… I was hoping Dolly had found a good caring home and that she was jumping happily. So much for that thought. Did she ever get that buckskin stud colt sold?
