thats what i thought she was all over equinenow for awhile but who knows
If you go to her ad at http://www.dreamhorse.com/show_list.php3?form_owner_list=Y&srch_owner_id=422434 you can “flag” it. If she gets enough flags, they will remove her ads.
more stellar spelling from our stellar college student:

‘perfer’? don’t ever remember seeing it spelled that way in English…
Ya gotta wonder, does this chick know what spellcheck is?

‘looking for new carerr’ – good luck with that.
And finally, as with all of B’s ads, papers are available for these horses, $10 and past experience says here’s an additional charge for that!
And let’s not overlook “temperment”. Just being bitchy here!!
Ohio scares me.
Hey now Lex, I’m from Cleveland. Great stock grown from those grounds!
Lex
Not all people in Ohio are scary. I promise.
Michelle
I’m so sorry to hear about your situation. I wish you the best of luck and I pray that your horses get better soon. This just makes me thank the Lord that my girl was so healthy and has turned out to be such a great horse.
Dreamhorse
Oh darn, ads are gone. Too bad, so sad
I just wanted to say I am glad I googled the phone number on the Equine.com ads I saw for Thoroughbred mares–it led me to this thread.
More searching turns up ads on Equinenow and Horsetopia for the same mares. Although the ad listing on Equine.com says “free”, the detail then says $300 with JC papers, $150-$175 without JC papers.
I wonder if the seller could be frequenting Thistledown racetrack in Cleveland (or is assocated with a dealer who does) to scoop up cheap/free OTTBs at the end of the season and/or when they get hurt? (seller has 14 ads on Equinenow currently and 8 are for TBs, several listed as recently off the track.)
Its a shame because there are two mares listed that really appeal to me, and I am experienced and equipped to rehab hurt OTTBs for potental broodmares, and would be prepared to do it wth these two, if only they were available from a reputable place… sigh…

EastoWest
I’m sure she has access to TB’s through ATI/Wooster. Many of the students are from the Akron/Canton area. I can’t believe she is up to 14 horses now! Thought she was “downsizing” because she’s “in college full time”- what a line of BS! Just my opinion, but that right there tells me she is in it for the wrong reason- MONEY! You will NEVER convince me otherwise.
probably also shops the “free” horse listings and then turns them around for profit. Sugar Creek is also about 20 miles away, tho’ I understand they are so slow on horse sales that it’s a trickle now. The “downsizing” nonsense is a joke…she may be at Wooster/ATI but has obviously missed the english classes and the ethics classes.
Dolly
Hey looky – Dolly is now listed as “Deltara” and now she’s a Dutch warmblood! Equinenow.com ad. Gee, what a coincidence. Still European, but has moved from Holland to Germany… oy.
How many yrs does she claim to have been going to school full time? ATI is an associate degree place not a bach. So full time would = 2 yrs…
Last I heard ATI has pretty much gotten rid of their Tb riding horses if they have any left they are sr citzens… think they have one Tb stallion. and they dont ‘give away’ any of their horses they sell them.

She’s been in school since about the age of 20 or 21- I think she’s now around 25. I know a long time ago she had bought a horse from ATI for almost nothing and turned around and sold it for about $6000. At least that’s what she said.
It is possible when they were getting out of Tb’s they sold them for very cheap. Im not sure when that occured…
mmm assuming she began going to school when she was 21 and is now about 25 she must be a brick when it come to intellegance. I dont think OSU would allow her to continue if that were the case there are only so many deficancy pts they allow before dx’ing someone… I know Dr Wimbush wouldnt… they have every class and qrtr scheduled.
http://www-afa.adm.ohio-state.edu/u-majors/pdf/ati/horsepr.pdf
you have to scroll down a bit for the deficency point limit…
http://ati.osu.edu/student_hb/academics.shtml#grades
So she is either going one or two classes at a time or is no longer going at least not in the equine major… but not full time…
she dropped out once and went back (guess us girls weren’t “nice” to her). she was taking a couple of classes at a time for awhile.
Oh I didnt realize you had gone to ATI… if mentioned somewhere before sorry I missed it…
I went there a butt load ago when they still had a standardbred training/racing program…
Anyway I suprised karen would let her back in… she usually doesnt allow that( except for injury) unless she has mellowed in the last decade n half…
Wooster/ATI
Maybe somebody needs to talk to Karen?
