I’m not a legal expert, but I think this calls for a restraining order. That’ll get rid of her fast, or hopefully get her arrested.

I am just an unsuspecting person who bought an aussie from Belle Greye Haven Stable Aussies. Her name is indeed, B. Her contract came after the deposit. I had no idea that I would need to sign a contract. Yes, i should have done some more research, I agree. She acted like if I didn’t jump I would not get the dog my child wanted. I could not get my deposit back, contract said so, so I went forward. Now I am not sure that I got what I paid for and she wants to send the registration papers to me and I will have to pay for it and her ad says that the puppies are registered. It has been almost a year and no papers. Everything was misleading. I hooked her up with a friend of mine, before I knew this information and B kept slapping her with ridiculous fines. B makes you spay or neuter your puppy and if you don’t do it on time, you have to pay her fines.
She charges $950. but then she charges you another $700 if you want to breed your puppy. I sure wish I would have done my homework first.

beenscammed44, sorry that you’ve had to join the nasty-experiences-with-B club. Did you get your puppy at Quarter Horse Congress puppy alley? If yes, contact the people responsible for running Congress and in particular puppy alley and file a complaint based on your experience.

If those puppies are registered with the AKC, she can not withold the papers. Turn her in to them and let that ball get rolling…If she advertised them as registered, she has to turn them over to you at the time of sale.

wish it were that easy with the horse registrations, she has a long history of withholding the horse papers until additional “ransom” is paid.
I hope 2013 is “the Year” someone with the authority to do so–shuts her down on ALL levels–sparing future horses, puppies, and people from her dishonest, abusive ways

Blake Eve is the girl in the photos of Demi, which are from 2 or 3 years ago, when Demi was still sound. Demi has already been leased out once and returned to B because she was not, and would not stay, sound (after much harassment from B). Blake is a student at a university northwest of Cincinnati, and really ought to know better than to front for Britney. You are known by the company you keep, Blake, be careful what you wish for. The Ohio horse community is VERY small and has a l-o-n-g memory…
