I was looking at ordering some things through them but I wanted to see how they charged for their items and do they charge a reasonable price for shipping?

I have ordered from them frequently, they are awesome. If you buy off their website shipping is free! Arrives usually within 2-3 days. Otherwise they have charged me $15 shipping (used to be $10) and it arrives overnight or the 2nd day at the latest. I can’t say enough about their superior customer service, they really go out of their way to accommodate you. And they have a huge inventory so they almost always have what you want without having to wait for it. Highly recommend them.

If you go to the store, they have exceptional customer service. I can’t imagine that they are any less helpful if you call or order on line. They do have a nice range of items and with most products seem to have a lower priced, decent quality item and a higher price top quality alternative.
They can also order you items they don’t carry. They ordered me some paddocks- ended up same price as Dover, but picked them up at the store so no shipping fee.
Another vote for Farmhouse! Much better shipping than Dover and just as good of a selection!

I needed two new shirts and I couldn’t decide, so they hand-picked five and sent them to me. I picked the two I wanted and mailed the other three back. It was a dream! Done totally over the phone from Wisconsin, too!

They are great- I ordered a bunch of shirts and hunt coats from the last fall. Shipping was spendy to AK, but everywhere else should be cheap. Great sale prices and AWESOME customer service.
I bought my used Wintec 2000 AP from them. The photo was very grainy, and I’d never delt with them before so I called to ask about the condition. They said it was in “very good” condition, and figuring it’s synthetic it couldn’t be too bad. The saddle arrived in good time and packed well but it was very dirty, and things like the brass wintec name plate were both rusty and tarnished. I scrubbed it up and it looks great but I was surprised to see them ship a saddle in that shape and call it very good. It did clean up very good though and I understand it was consigned but I wonder if the grainy picture, the only one that bad on the whole page, was maybe intentional. They also installed the extra gullet I asked be included without additional charge, so I’d say a 7 out of 10 and I’d try them again but ask more questions next time and not get rushed off the phone.
One year I was Christmas shopping over the phone with them and they took pictures of Miku show shirts and other items not on their website and emailed me the photos so I could make my selections.
And they probably have the largest selection of Edgewood strapgoods you will find anywhere, I wish I lived close enough to shop there in person.
I ordered blankets and i thought the customer service was great!
she called me back several times. she got a feel for what kind of blankets i wanted and what colors i liked. she said i was very conservative! when a blanket came in that was not in the warehouse the day before she called me and said a blanktet got returned today would you like me to add it to your pile. its your colors and size 84. i said yes! got a great deal on blankets and was very very happy!

I ordered a Marigold shirt from Farm House and love it. Since they didn’t display on their website which Marigold shirts they had in stock (in fact I can’t find anything about Marigold on their website anymore), I had to call to make a selection. The sales clerk was really helpful and emailed me a number of pictures of shirts so that I could match one to my jacket. Shipping was speedy too.

Another vote for Farm House! Can’t beat the free shipping, and for some reason, they never charge tax on my internet orders either (might be a SC thing??). Also, they stock far, far more that what is on their website. I’d suggest a call or email!
Great to hear all the positive feedback. I think mine may have been an isolated incident. I ordered a turnout sheet online and paid with Paypal. The money was taken immediately from my account. After waiting at least three weeks for the turnout sheet, I finally called to check its status. They didn’t even have the sheet in stock! I waited another week or so and called again as they’d said they were going to receive an order from Beval. No sheet and no phone calls updating me. I had to keep calling etc. I finally cancelled the order after waiting at least a month. I had to call and remind them to refund me a few days after cancelling the order. It was a very disappointing shopping experience and I’d be very hesitant to order from them again. :no:

They’re awesome! I ordered a Bobby’s bridle from them in dark brown. When it came it was too dark. I called them up and they said it was no biggie, just ship it back and they would send me the light brown. Got the new bridle within the week. They were great about it.

I have never ordered from them but I was at their store yesterday at the GA Horse Park. They have an incredible selection of shirts and coats. If was in the market for show clothes, no doubt I would buy from them.
