I mentioned that I didn’t like a specific product in another thread a few weeks ago. I must say that I was entirely creeped out by the distributor/retailer/whatever looking for my email address in my profile and then attempting to out me as a liar. Saying that she had no record of my having bought the item (which I had purchased at a tack store, not directly from her).
It’s uncool.
If a retailer has a 7 day return window that’s something I want to know before placing an order. There is NO way I could make that happen (not being in the U.S.) so that is appropriate information to pass along to the rest of us.
