Which breeches are these?
Those gloves are gorgeous
Thank you, I do love them. I will admit to being something of a glove whore.
Those are Kerrit Grip Tek full seats, maybe even a tight? I can’t remember for sure.
I wore Romfh Cranberry breeches with a dark grey Pikeur coat with black velvet collar, a white shirt with a turquoise stock pin, my PEi cognac lace-front boots, black helmet, and black gloves. I have a Lemieux ProSuede (plum, I think) that also matches my breeches- I school in the breech/pad combo a lot.
I would have preferred black boots but I haven’t committed to a pair that I love, yet. I also would have liked white gloves.
Well this year I’m going to be quite the rebel and wear white breeches
Ok took me forever to feel my girl was ready to show recognized this year but I debuted my black breeches!! Happy to say no comments or weird looks and scored 69% in both my third level classes sooo
Thank you!!
Sigh I just love the idea of a light light grey breech. Also, a cream color breech. Maybe a pale pale pink? Yummy.
Nice!
I would so love to find cream breeches. I have a bright bay mare and I am thinking cream breeches would look nice with my navy coat…I would like to find a cream stock tie too…and cream pad…with some navy piping.
Yes, cream breeches are lovely- especially with a navy coat. Really sharp! I have the same basically except with black coat, and silver or hunter green piping on my cream pad.
I have a pair of cream breeches- they are Arista brand (which I don’t think are around anymore ). lovely, high-waisted and leather (Yes, really) seat. Sadly 2 sized too small for me atm, so in the closet they sit. (maybe e-bay has some?) I bought a cream dickie quite a few years ago, so can’t remember exactly where (Dressage Extensions I think) so they are out there.
I would look at BR, Equestrian Stockholm or Eskadron for the saddle pad, or Ogilvy can make you a custom one.
There are several folks on Etsy that make beautiful stock ties in all colors.
Premier Equine do a color called Vanilla which might work for you. Very nice quality breeches!
Coats are permanently waived for this series because it’s summer on AZ, but my ride the second day was after it cooled down unseasonably far so I could wear my coat!
Day 1 was the blue technical shirt with a light tan from B Vertigo, day 2 was the brown coat with camel from Horze. I felt like the breeches were still pretty conservative. Day 2 I got a huge amount of positive comments from folks at the show. Day 1 they were so tame I’m not sure anyone noticed.
What color are your breeches?
