Anyone purchase La'mundial boots??

I ordered a pair at Rolex this year, along w 2 other friends. All three of us got exactly what we ordered and all three pairs came exactly when promised. And they called/emailed us to let us know they were on the way. My pair was a little tight in the ankle but have stretched out nicely in just a few wears. I’m sorry some have not had this experience but, personally, I wouldn’t hesitate to order another pair.

Got mine this year. Fit is okay, but leather quality is not great. Much prefer my premium ($900) Ariats. Baby soft and super comfy. These LM boots are a cheap leather.[/QUOTE]

I think a lot of this depends what you like. I do not care for the really thin/soft leather. I prefer the type of leather La Manudial boots are made from-- a little thicker and more durable. It’s sort of a personal thing.

I felt that my daughters first pair of La Mundials were nice and they did fit well. The leather was a bit thin and they have not worn as well as one would like - in four years I have had to do two full zipper replacements (2 x 180.) and interior calf patches as the leather wore all the way through (1 x 100) and heel replacements (1 x 80). Still I thought they were nice for the money and so I did not hesitate in ordering a second pair. They were ordered on June 16 of this year. They came in three months and they look nice but the fit was awful - I am not sure if it is the measurements or the way the boots were made that is off. I have no idea what happened but right now they are sitting in a box waiting for Monday so that I can Fedex them back on my own dime. I am not going to mince words - the customer service is probably the worst that I’ve dealt with in a long long time. Once when I ordered an Antares saddle and instead of short flaps they did long they exchanged that saddle pronto… one phone call. That is good customer service. Making me take photos, do emails daily for two weeks, getting mad enough I have to write things on Facebook and these forums, and then having to do a charge back on my credit card does not constitute good customer service. What a tremendous waste of time and effort and still they sit in my hallway. I am so disappointed in this company as I too had recommended them to others.

Hi All, I got a pair last year. They look beautiful, fit perfectly, and were comfortable out of the box. Prior to that, I purchased a pair of Vogels that were nearly $2500.00 from a tack shop in Indiana. They were missing the toe caps I paid for, and never fit at all. Vogel said it was the tack shop’s problem, and the tack shop said it was Vogel’s problem. I drove 150 miles three times for those boots. Neither would except responsibility and I paid for them by check. I finally gave them to Goodwill…

I was measured for custom tall boots at Devon Horse show by the “owner”. Boots arrived. Could not zip up last inch of top of both boots. It’s impossible to get hold of anyone from this company. weeks later I heard back and sent pictures as requested. I sent them back to company. I contacted my credit card because I was very wary about getting these boots back and notified the Land M 10 days to remedy problem or money retracted.
I waited about 3 weeks and did not hear from them. Finally they answered and would not send my boots back until money credit card had retracted (since the took so long) paid again.
Got boots back. ABSOLUTELY NO DiFFERENCE!!! I contacted them again asking what did they exactly do to the boots. They claim they stretched them. They now want me to send back to them. They send a you tube link with instructions on how to measure for boots. Why the hell did I just pay over 800 dollars to measure my own custom boots again. They told me the owner was away for 2 weeks but I could send them back and when he returns he can look at them again. I said ok.
Never heard from them again.
stay away from this company and find a reputable custom boot seller.
