What are you grinning about? Of course it’s amazing to be wrong. How ghoulish of you

So approximately 17/46 starters have not completed the course - @40%. Badminton usually runs around 33% non- completers…

He should be getting a yellow card for pressing a tired horse.

Yes I’m smiling because the horse is OK.

What does EOC mean on the fence analysis for Sarah Ennis on jump 20?

Crying watching that horse walk off. His groom looked so scared and relieved.

I was at KY when Ollie fell at the quarry. We thought we’d witness a rider die. It’s so hard to not believe the worst in some of these situations

Error of Course

I wasn’t being dramatic

Ollie’s horse did not ā€œfallā€.

FEI definition;
549.5.2 Horse
A Horse is considered to have fallen when, at the same time, both its shoulder and quarters have
touched either the ground or the obstacle and the ground or when it is trapped in a fence in such
a way that it is unable to proceed without assistance or is liable to injure itself.

Thanks for that. Despite having clocked over 300hrs of jump judging, including at internationals, I definitely forgot about the shoulder and hip needing to touch at the same time!

The groom was in tears…pretty emotional stuff.

Well Bobby won’t be forgetting that one any time soon :woman_facepalming:t2:

Yes and what a jump on that horse! :canada::canada::canada:
