I don’t know how you make that statement. There are 4 horse falls and 3 rider falls out of 17 failed to completes. One of the rider falls was on the flat. Nobody is happy about horse falls but that is a far cry from “most”.

He retired on course.

It seems like I’ve read about more than 4 horse falls. Maybe it’s just because the ones that have happened have been bad ones and not just bellyflops.

I was very surprised it was the leading test and the 10s thrown at it. Thought it was a bit rushed, the connection and balance was inconsistent, some bobbles, a questionable change still scoring 7.5, etc. A very good test for sure but not the leader in my mind.

I’m sorry to read that XC was a blood bath, I love and hate this sport. So glad the Americans were smart, took their time and mostly got home. Thrilled for Tamie and Mai Baum to finally get her chance to shine with the very best in the world, especially after last week’s events with Fleeceworks Royal.
