The most recent posts do make it clear that when he does get out MB will need an order of protection and a body guard.
LK clearly refuses to admit anything she has ever done is wrong and also refuses to stop her campaign of torture.

LK is getting what she craves- attention. She wanted it from MB, from her enslaved BF, and anyone else who enters her orbit. And, she is continuing to feed off of this situation, which is a direct culmination of her nefarious behavior.

Then explain why the jury did not find MB not guilty if he didn’t commit a guilty act? If he did not do anything wrong, then why the NGRI. There are many insane people doing crazy stuff and they don’t find themselves being sent to a psychiatric setting unless they did something that was illegal.

Your ‘none of us were in the room’ is a cop out answer. What was the legal reasoning behind the NGRI verdict? Why was the jury instructions for NGRI saying that if the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt the defendant did the act and the defense proved insanity the verdict would be NGRI? Still don’t have an answer to the charging instructions and how the jury would find that the defendant did not do the guilty act and insane so NGRI. Yes, the defendant can not be held responsible for his guilty act, but he still did do the guilty act. If he didn’t do the guilty act he would be not guilty.

I don’t know if anyone has answered you as I’m a bit behind here. And I don’t practice in the criminal law area, so this may not be exact, but I think the jury had no evidence to exonerate MB.

They had evidence that a person was shot.
They had evidence RCs Ruger was found at the scene
They had evidence that MB lost the plot
They had evidence that MB, RG, and LK we’re all at the scene of the shooting when police arrived.
They had some evidence based on testimony that MB was the shooter.

Since MB was barred/unable from putting on evidence that MB DIDN’T shoot LK, the jury had no basis for a finding of NG with regards to LK.

They didn’t weigh the very scanty evidence that RG was shot at,v so even though there wasn’t anything to support MB didn’t do it, there also want anything to support that he did, this NG.

Again, I’m not an expert in criminal law, so this may not be exactly right, but it’s what I’m using to understand it

Some general thoughts.

If Seeker1 really Is KK, she is toxic and delusional because even the most dysfunctional parent of infamous true crime figures usually know enough to shut up and be discrete.

On the other hand if the user name was hijacked or even invented by a family member I doubt the parents would threaten to sue or have it shut down.

I also wonder about the progress of the civil suit. You can hire a criminal defence lawyer to defend anyone no matter how heinous or crazy, as long as the defendent has cash and does not argue with the lawyer. The lawyer may not get you off completely but will count it a professional win if they get your punishment mitigated.

You cannot get a lawyer to run a civil suit claim however unless they think there’s a good chance of winning. And no lawyer likes clients that make fools of their lawyers, for instance by illegally taping them.

Really? You can’t hire a civil lawyer on a non-contingency basis? Was Deininger on a contingency basis on MBs civil suit?

I’m unsure why the psych facility needs to hear from her. She’s acting like she’s doing a victim impact statement for a sentencing hearing. Not the reality here.

I would think the psych evaluation would need to determine if he is a continuing danger to himself or others, including the person he shot while insane.
