If I were her, or anyone involved in this case, I wouldn’t allow filming at my home. There are too many crazies out there who would scour the footage for any identifying details and figure out exactly where I lived. No thanks.

That may be true, but it seems like it’s already quite easy for anyone to figure out where she lives. Haven’t people here on the BB already identified her address in Loxahatchee?

I’m not saying anyone should post the address here, at all. Just pointing out that it seems like people have already figured it out from information that is readily available online if you know where to look.

Too much information about where she lives and where MHG lives has already been posted. Please don’t encourage anyone to post it again. If y’all are wrong and MB is still a danger to himself or others and is fooling everyone, I wouldn’t want to be either of those two. May they be safe and successful and may he recover and rebuild his life.

If LK was that worried she would have never bought a house so close to his. So I can only assume she bought a house so close to his for another reason, but it sure wasn’t “worry”.

The house was bought in December probably with the full expectation MB would take the plea deal and when he didn’t they were positive he would be found guilty on all charges! Remember the smug, cocky posts by IM discussing bombshells and MB going away for 80 years!

Even if convicted MB wouldn’t be going away for a very long time. He already had almost 3 years in and attempted murder isn’t murder so conceivably maybe just 10 years.

So why would you bring her up? Again, for those in the back MHG celebrated the results of the trial. Why the H E double hockey sticks should she have fear of being at risk.

The only testimony as to MHG’s fear was that she was afraid of LK, RG, and specifically that she was afraid JK was going to kill her.

Your constantly starting threads on all things MB says a whole lot more about your a character than mine. Don’t you dare proceed to dictate “all I had to do.” You have no clue. Literally, no clue.

I suspect if you had such photos and could use them to demonstrate your pure and noble soul, helping cats despite being “deathly allergic” to them, you would. Instead, it makes people wonder what the heck you were doing snooping in private living quarters, taking photos of said private spaces and threatening to use them in some manner.

I stand by my statement that all you had to do to help those cats was file a complaint and provide the photos. Or ask someone in your family to do it. Your father is an attorney, he would assist you. For free. You had time and energy enough to post about it after August 10th. Provided you weren’t lying, of course.

This is a disgusting statement. You honestly believe that people with mental illness should have to suffer because of people like your daughter and that they deserve to be in jail or a mental institution? I suffer from anxiety and depression and I could not have withstood Lauren’s campaign. I don’t own or have access to a gun, and can’t imagine I would have shot her… but I can see how he was broken. I have an alternative scenario for you: what if she drove someone to suicide? Would that be acceptable to you???

Indeed, that sounds like the outcome those close to Barisone feared. It is the outcome I would fear for myself if I were on the receiving end of your daughter’s bullying. It didn’t turn out that way, but it very well could have.

It sounds (from the GFM updates) that MB is looking towards the future. I’m sure he is ready to get on with his life. I wonder if he intends to go back to training and showing? I’ve had some bumps in my riding history that, at times, almost (or temporarily) brought me out of horses. I wonder what the future looks like for MB in his mind.

I just occurred to me this Seeker person has never actually read or heard any of LK’s threats and lies and, therefore, can’t comprehend what anyone here is saying. That does not change the truth anymore than this person appearing here causing some sort of ruckus calling us liars and demanding we stop posting about her daughter who continues posting BS on SM to this day making herself absolutely fair game anywhere any time. This particular poster is showing signs of delusion and utter denial. Attacking anyone here is not helping or changing the truth.

She seems to understand very well what everyone is saying. This has gone way too far today.

Yes and RG himself testified that MB was calm, rational and pleasant when he arrived at his farmhouse, apparently until a dog and large man and skinny woman with a cell phone attacked him.

No evidence and a court of law found that he shot her twice in a delusion.

Perhaps you need to watch the trial again?

The good part of the civil trial is everyone’s dirty laundry comes out, not just the victims. And no, not too worried about LK’s inconsistencies on details. The basic story stayed the same and the main points of it were corroborated by RG and ED.

The rescuers were desperately trying to save lk life. They had no time to video anything. Again…all of the medical issues were reported and submitted as cold hard facts.

I don’t dispute ANY of that.

Emergency personnel clearly focused and did their jobs well. Her injuries were VERY serious.

It’s just interesting that those cameras were shut off 15 minutes before the shooting happened.

You must be INCREDIBLY frustrated by that fact… right? I mean, if only RG hadn’t turned those cameras off, the whole situation would have been caught on video. And if it happened the way LK said it did, MB would be in jail for life right now.

Re bolded. I don’t understand this statement at all. Suppose the cameras were turned on and had the correct angle to capture the shooting.

Let’s say everything happened the way the prosecutor contended that it did. (Did LK say that it happened in a way significantly different?)

But let’s say the video shows MB pulling out the gun while talking to LK, shoots her twice in the chest, then takes a third shot in RGs direction. If the video shows a shot sort of in RGs direction, but it could be interpreted as a wild, uncontrolled shot, the jury might still go with straight NG on RG. But if it happened exactly as LK said with two shots by MB into her torso and no “scuffle” between RG and MB prior to LK being shot, then it’s clear the prosecution has established its case with respect to LK on all elements aside for state of mind.

Even if the physical events on the shooting wrt LK were crystal clear via a video, the jury would then move on to considering whether MB was legally insane, or not, when he fired the shots. The testimony of the psychiatric experts is the same, and the defense prevails so he is found NGRI on one count of attempted murder (plus gun charge). Even if the jury found that the video established that he did directly shoot at RG’s head, in that case the verdict is 4 counts of NGRI.

MB would not “be in jail for life right now”, he would be in the exact same psychiatric facility right now, with the exact same prospects for release.

How would a video showing exactly what LK/the prosecutor contended about the physical event make any difference at all to where MB currently is, or will be in the future?
