Barisone assessment

Actually, responding again, because I want to address a different point. Seahorse claimed MB abused horses and there was a text the prosecution entered into evidence that accused MB of abusing horses. I seriously doubt that the prosecution would have failed to subpoena a verifiable witness to MB’s harassment and bullying tactics and horse abuse (all points he was trying to make) because a witness didn’t want to testify.

So, if she was asked to testify, I assume that the defense did the asking.

ETA: she was also very vocal about being fearful of MB trying to kill her. That is something I would think the prosecution would desperately want to be on the record.

Care to elaborate on that? Sounds like a threat.

It reminds me of that scene in Sense and Sensibility (the movie, the scene in the book is a bit different) when Marianne calls Col. Brandon old and infirmed. Her mum says, if he’s old, I’m at death’s door and Elinor says, “It’s a miracle your life has extended this far!”

Body parts drying out? :astonished: I’m really glad I’m missing a fair bit of this kind of stuff. Just, no.

Yesterday I was at sea, and as delightful as this conversation is, I was too busy rounding Cape Horn to give much thought to the details of some stranger’s life. Not that it matters to you whether this straw man you’ve trotted out was actually my creation.

Every time I pop by this thread I find the same few people making the same misattributions and willful misinterpretations. Even Humperdinck would blush at the mendacious tactics used to promote certain messages here.

Since you can’t be bothered to identify either the ideas or the identities involved in the posts you invoke, I can provide you the CliffsNotes of my last post:

Actions have consequences. Public behaviors, such as internet posts meant to stifle public conversations, tend to have predictable public consequences. In the case of the sloppy mistakes in the text quoted above, and many of your other contributions, that consequence is a loss of public credibility.

As with my prior comment about public scrutiny of prior bad actions being a predictable outcome of the Kanarek family’s continued public actions, I won’t comment on whether the consequence of your misattributions and misunderstandings is a just one (your “fair game”). I only note that these public reactions are entirely predictable.

Wait? What!? Who is the barred attorney? Sorry if I’ve missed something over the last few hours. Or am I reading this wrong? It’s hotter than hell here today, so that might be possible.

Nah, we all know you edit the transcript to include your words. Proven many threads up.

In fairness, both Mr Schellhorn used them, as did Mr. Bilinkis. but MHG never uttered them. Mr S asked if they discussed “cash flow problems.” MHG said yes. Mr B said, (after he and MHG delineated all his assets) so, “irrespective of cash flow problems”, were the bills paid? MHG agreed.

Just shows two sides to one coin and how one phrase can be interpreted.

Most of my posts are verified by actual testimony which are continually mis quoted by some here.

“Barred”, as in admitted to the bar. As opposed to “disbarred”, which happens when lawyers suborn perjury, commit perjury, etc and they get their license yanked.

I meant in MHG’s testimony which is what seeker claims. I appreciate your accuracy regardless!

Your inappropriate questions

Well @Inigo-montoya is clearly biased to the Kanareks, yet you view everything he posts as gospel truth.

Although the 2 self proclaimed Kanarek insiders do seem to him conflicting views on how well LK knew MB…
