Barisone assessment

Perhaps the jury got it wrong. Perhaps.

Let’s say they did, and MB did shoot at RG…

It’s still possible RG beat the ever living hell out of MB at least in part because RG knew that LK was harboring feelings for him, and RG was tired of her constant jealousy and fixation with respect to MHG. Because it had been going on for months. Honestly, the whole situation must have been infuriating and humiliating for RG in many respects.

The “barn hand” was the young horse trainer, and testified under oath that he had professional experience in construction, expertise in tile work, and that he, “the barn hand” did most of the actual tile work in the house on the farm. Not RG.

And you said you were at the trial? Huh.

I believe he was certified and was extremely talented. He worked for me as well.

I heard what he said. he did a lot of the tile work supervised by rob. I saw them frequently and the work they were doing. Balinkas tried to portray rob as a dufas which was far far from the truth. Were u there mersidots? Did u see the work…do u know rob…has he done work for you…ummm.NO. So please just stop…

Good point. I had mentioned in the other thread that when I watched RG’s testimony and he described MB as “alpha male,” my immediate thought was, “Oh, there is jealousy there.”

So LK was jealous of MHG. And RG was jealous of MB. What a fustercluck.

I think it’s admirable that you are focusing on saying kind and complimentary things about Robs work. I hope he appreciates that.

The other guy - Michael McGrain - who you are describing as a “barn hand” - he testified at trial. His testimony is at odds with your claims. Since he made his claims in a court of law, under oath, and he was cross examined by a competent prosecutor… I’m inclined to believe his testimony.

I think you might be seeing it the way you are, out of a sense of loyalty to Rob. And that is admirable. I’ll leave it at that.

Was this the basement IM was talking about?

Good young horse trainers are often pretty special people. Generally highly skilled, intuitive, and sensitive.

Just saying it because I think it’s important to take note of that.

You must have been napping during that part of the trial as well, since that is not at all what the “barn hand” said.

It’s unfortunate for your version of events that the trial was available online for the whole world to see for themselves.

I absolutely agree. Which is why I got bristly at the mention of him as a “barn hand.”

I think she just has no clue about that.

I can forgive her simple ignorance on that issue. But… I do understand where you are coming from, and I feel the same.

I believe he got her her bronze score, finally… Eventually.

Lauren had no feelings for mb. She had feelings for horses. Rob had feelings of stopping a guy that was shooting at them both. He had feelings that he wanted to stop a crazy man from Killing them which he almost succeeded in doing. They both had feelings that they wanted to live!!!

Hold up here for a sec.

I’ve been reading, and hearing testimony and reading over and over again that LK didn’t know what MB was like, and that nothing was in writing. But this says different.

This happened very late in the situation. I was talking about before she began her training with him.

Or, it be LK simply saying to her mom “oh, Rob taught the barn hand how to help him with the tile” with no care to the skill and expertise of Mr. McGrain. Ugh.

Anyway, tangent. Kind of.

Maybe he was trying to make them colic? Not sure

Good point.

I imagine they will slide right around that by saying, “Oh well. No big deal because it’s just a post on social media. And people say untrue things on social media all the time.”

Sincere question… at what point does that become intentional libel or slander? Cause it kinda seems like that to me…

I was there and i watched them work. Seeing things firsthand is a far cry than speculating like you are doing. I went there maybe weekly. Or at least frequently. You? were u there? Did you see any of the work?? I highly doubt it. Did u talk to them about what was going on?? Nopers…so exactly what ate u basing this “opinion” on… mr balinkass fantastic tales to denigrate the people mb tried to kill to prevent him from going to jail for 20 or more years? Thats a very invalid judgement!!

No! Mike McGrain testified that he worked for his father’s high end renovation business for several (8-9?) years and he was the designated tile man in that business.
