RG may be in excellent position to know whether a gun was pointed at his head and fired, even if the evidence was not there to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

It’s still possible RG beat the ever living hell out of MB at least in part because RG knew that LK was harboring feelings for him, and RG was tired of her constant jealousy and fixation with respect to MHG. Because it had been going on for months. Honestly, the whole situation must have been infuriating and humiliating for RG in many respects.

Oh please. The jury very clearly determined to that MB shot LK creating would easily could have been fatal wounds. RG had every right to react in self defense even if RG, with his vantage point, thought MB was not firing in his direction at all.

You have the right to self if you or another person are threatened.

RG had every right to subdue MB with whatever force was necessary to subdue him. RG would have been acquitted by based on self defense if he had killed MB.

If RG had not subdued him, MB might have finished off LK and been on trial for murder.

RG had every right to beat the ever living hell out of MB.

There is no evidence LK was jealous of MHG, or had a thing for MB.

After reading the 3 pages of the 4 page manifesto and consider the date it was written, one has to wonder who was the most deranged person at HH on 8/7/19. This look into LK’s twisted mind was posted on FB for anyone to read. Who does that?

True. But there are nuances to these laws depending on the state and any number of circumstances.

The key words in your statement are “whatever Force was necessary to subdue him.”

Actually, he only had the right to use the amount of force required to defend himself and MB. Anything beyond that was a matter of assault. But… that would be impossible to prove without other testimony or video, so we don’t know what we do t know, and RG will not be charged for assault given the present evidence and testimony

It was one text, that the prosecution STRETCHED like a ridiculous rubber band.

It didn’t work with the jury.

Balinkas made up the word manifesto to sway the jury. I paid attention to evidence only…not the xxxx that Balinkas made up to disparage the victims of mb. He was probably paid a pretty penny to make up the most heinous lies he could legally get away with to get his client, who tried to kill two people off from a criminal charge. He said stupid fictitious stuff all through the trial. Don’t you know that is his job? I think knights mom recognized that…

A person who was pushed way past the mental breaking point, by someone who was seriously obsessed with controlling and provoking others, by any means necessary.

I hope your daughter gets the help she needs in terms of learning how and when to reel in her own behavior so that nothing like this ever happens again.
