Mr tarshis misunderstood something that was not pertinent to the case. Mr balinkas repeatedly made up and embellished stories to make rob and Lauren look as horrible possible. That was his job. Oh please. The jury very clearly determined to that MB shot LK creating would easily could have been fatal wounds. RG had every right to react in self defense even if RG, with his vantage point, thought MB was not firing in his direction at all.

True. But there are nuances to these laws depending on the state and any number of circumstances.

RG had every right to subdue MB with whatever force was necessary to subdue him.

The key words in your statement are “whatever Force was necessary to subdue him.”

RG would have been acquitted by based on self defense if he had killed MB.

Actually, he only had the right to use the amount of force required to defend himself and MB. Anything beyond that was a matter of assault. Since when is RG considered a “master carpenter” by anyone but you! Did he apprentice and learn to become a master carpenter and why is this the first time hearing this accolade?

Given the current labor economy and shortage of skilled tradesmen (it’s real - just finishing up a farm construction project that has dragged on and on)…

Does anyone know if RG has been working as a carpenter over the last two years? Like, for people other than his girlfriend’s mom, his girlfriend’s trainer, his girlfriend’s dad, etc?

You said he harms horses. Four Olympians testified in complete opposition to that. Your statement that he harms horses is unacceptable. .

Furthermore, your repeated statements about Mr Tarshis are beyond unacceptable, and are borderline libelous. I sincerely hope someone clues him in to what you have posted the last 24 hours.

well, some folks live on projection.
And they wonder why other people put precautionary measures in place, like hiring a security guard to watch the barn at night.

ETA: considering this, I think MHG has dodged a bullet that things blew up when they did, because one or more of her horses would have been in danger, I think.

RC testified to LK “feeding” her horses after she was asked not to. This and just borrowing tack are two very big barn sins.

It would justify a lot of force.

If MB was the initial aggressor. And if he was trying to continue with the attack after shots were fired.

I don’t really KNOW that either of those things were the case though. Unfortunately, the video cameras overlooking the scene where the fateful confrontation took place? They were apparently turned off by RG minutes before it all went down.
