Edit to answer your edit: her own claim of Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress may require expert testimony as to her mental state. And we all saw how dueling experts work in the criminal trial.

He was probably paid a pretty penny to make up the most heinous lies he could legally get away with to get his client, who tried to kill two people off from a criminal charge. I hope the upcoming hearing brings good news for MB. I also hope that when he is released he will not face harassment by anyone.

Anyone who is not a fan can do what the rest of us do if there are people in the industry we do not care for. We avoid them and choose people to work with whose methods and behavior we approve of.

That was a direct declaration by LK’s mother (self identified) that someone who cares about MB should be feel happy he is in a maximum security mental health institution because at least ‘he is surely safe now.’ The implication that he will not necessarily be ‘surely safe’ once released is clear. And chilling.

Whomsoever has a line to Bilinkas and Derienger needs to pass this on ASAP. And it should go to the judge as well since he said it was appropriate to update him on any intimidation post-verdict.

This last 12 hours or so of unbridled keyboard vomit has yielded the most shocking and damaging stuff to date. I’m genuinely astonished.

You have got to be kidding me. That was not a threat. The man shot her daughter twice and if as @Virginia_Horse_Mom just said, Dr Schlessenger was right and not Dr Simring and Dr Hassan, he had not been in a delusional state then that is a scary situation.

I believe the jury got it right, Dr Schlessenger was wrong and MB was delusional. I hope he can heal and be released.

After insinuating horrible things about her daughter then to conflate her comment into a threat is the most utterly ridiculous comment yet made on this forum.
