That’s how it read to me.

Given that, even with the verdict and the no contact order they are on here and YouTube and the dear only knows where else just going at him hammer and tongs; the fact that they knowingly bought a house in the shadow of his only domicile; the fact that they continue to threaten the public release of illegally made recordings; etc., etc., it all adds up to a sustained public campaign of harassment. In light of that, I think a plain reading of that statement could reasonably be interpreted as threatening taking into account the totality of behaviour with respect to MB.

Not making excuses for Safe Sport, but they have been underfunded for the huge number of cases that have come to them over the last few years. Budget now around $20 mm; money comes from Congress, and sports organizations and donations. They are a non profit organization They have 90+ employees, and some contractor help. Approx 1/3 of budget goes to “response and resolution”. They had 3,500+ reports in 2021 and have received over 10,000 reports in their 5 years. They have been playing catch up since Day 1.

IMO they had no idea how much they were opening a floodgate. And it seems that their primary focus was designed to be educational in nature.

I completely understand. It’s got to be super frustrating for everyone.

That was a direct declaration by LK’s mother (self identified) that someone who cares about MB should be feel happy he is in a maximum security mental health institution because at least ‘he is surely safe now.’ The implication that he will not necessarily be ‘surely safe’ once released is clear. And chilling.

Is it? I interpreted it as he’s safe because he’s in a secure institution getting the mental health help he needs. I’m no fan of the Kanareks but I think people are really reaching to interpret that as a threat.

Good threats are ambiguous. Since they can be interpreted to have either sinister or benign intention they are very useful in such intended actions as gaslighting.

Look for patterns. That’s the tell.

Pretty sure the timing of that FB post is off for the point you are trying to make. Also, I don’t know of any woman of unlimited means that would force someone to allow them to live in a construction zone or need to barter for services and “secure” housing, in a space shared with non relatives no less.

MB and MHG are/were surrounded by people with serious money. I’m sure that those out of character details kind of stood out like a sore thumb.

Sure MB is safe NOW but what about when he is released from the maximum security psychiatric facility? Will the person who intentionally bought property near his leave him alone? Or will she try to FINISH THE BASTARD.
