I think some of Kirby’s delusions are rubbing off on you. You might want to take a break walk away from the keyboard for a bit.

There is no coordinated effort against you. You are taking the stick you usually use to stir the pot and are now using it to joust against shadow monsters created in your own imagination. Perhaps “the movies in your head” are starting to get the better of you.

Other things you bring up: both LK and RG testified there was a bench by the lockers that everyone would sit and have super private conversations on. But pictures introduced in evidence, and other witness testimony, denied existence of said bench. So, where were those recordings happening again? Perhaps people will be able to further pinpoint now. One might think that the other two parties involved in the law suit may have some personal, intimate knowledge of where certain conversations took place. I know three witnesses already testified that some of the recordings weren’t by the locker.

For people who have trouble understanding this - think about our previous President. Most people agree that he had a very narcissistic personality, and that he exhibited narcissistic injury and even signs of narcissistic rage at times.

Now imagine that on steroids (or other drugs, as the case may be). Voila - you get a personality like a certain someone central to this incident.

(And no, I am not wanting to engage in a political discussion but am instead using this example because I think it is something most people can recognize.)

Most people can agree he was his own worst enemy.

In particular, some of his most cringeworthy moments came when he perceived disloyalty on the part of specific members of his own cabinet. Because of statements that they made that could be construed as critical of him in some manner.

Some of the critical statements made by certain Cabinet members probably resulted in narcissistic injury. And the reaction?

Firing Cabinet members in a really public and undignified way, and unleashing with a barrage of comments on Twitter, in full view of millions of people. That’s a classic example of out of control narcissistic rage.

Comments he made about General Mattis come to mind. But also, Rex Tillerson and Jeff Sessions. You can like dislike any of these people, and how they performed their duties. I can agree to disagree with anyone on that. But the way their former boss spoke out about all of them on Twitter after firing them? Deeply disordered and ugly. Not ok. Total example of narcissistic rage.

The fact you think you uncovered some great conspiracy or denial is hilarious to me.

I am also completely flummoxed by CH’s apparent delight in “exposing” something that was not a “gotcha” and simply a reminder to posters not to engage intensely with certain other posters… and let them do the heavy lifting (as in accusations, conspiracies or what not) and basically “hang” themselves with their own words. No gotcha there. No PM “accidentally” posted on the forum. No expert sleuthing required. No AHA!!! moment. Nothing.

Also, there is no vast gang of posters communicating via PM to organize and “attack” other posters… paranoia will destroy ya. That is just… bizarre. And strangely enough, it is also something YD accused me of being part of - in a PM, no less. Bizarre then, bizarre now.

Also, IMO Seeker is not LK - but who she says she is. Not enough ranting or raging or CAPS or insults to be LK…

Is there something in the water here today? Some kind of conspiracy virus that makes one see everything and everyone as being involved or a part of some evil plot directed against only a few select approved “friendlies”?

Non-lawyer question here–say you are in a one-party consent for recording state.
You have a concealed recording device on your person.
Is it permissible under the law to approach 2 people engaging in a conversation in which you are not an active participant and record it?

IANAL, but my understanding is that it is legal, so long as the other two parties are speaking in a space where they would have no expectation of privacy. Such as the barn aisle. Or… a bench in a locker room used by everyone.

But MBs office? With the door closed? That’s different. There is an expectation of privacy. So a third party placing a recording device there without permission?

Are you a moderator? I assume the moderator can read PMs if they feel they need to.

But on what basis would you be able to assure yourself, or me, that there is no PMing going on to coordinate the “approach” to other posters? Perhaps not a “vast gang”. Perhaps just a couple.

How would you know that has not happened, unless you have access to everyone’s PM account? Do you have access to mine?

Here’s another random thought: what if there really is nothing of great importance in those recordings? Could somebody make the case that the very public, numerous threat of public release for the last almost three years is part of a continued pattern of harassment?

To be fair - didn’t the KKlan buy that house before the trial? And perhaps even before he rejected the plea deal? If so, they were no doubt assuming he would be locked up for many years to come.
