So this was your first post on this thread. Is the post you responded to inappropriate? Is that what was “mean” per Hut-Ho?

Please stop believing that very tired lie. Your daughter had no horses in NC at the time I met her and my daughter had a waitlist at the facility she leased. There is no way she would have been invited to board with my daughter and become a member of her group. Not only did she not fit in, she failed to show up more often than not with no text, call, nada.

Again, last time. Don’t contact me again.

Bahahahahahahaha!!!

Money for boarding? Lady there ISN’T enough money to pay anyone to take your daughter as a boarder.

And clearly you are unaware that $5,000 to pay for a bunch of horses, lessons and room and board isn’t a fair deal to anyone much less for someone like MB who is sought after by top people in the sport. I wouldn’t take her for ANY amount. There literally is no price.

Persona non grata has no price. I wouldn’t taint my name or reputation like that. Ewww I get the huzz just thinking about it.

You just need a library and a candlestick and you are ready for a game of Clue!

Clearly these people are only here to egg others on and detract away from actual conversations. This group seems very intelligent and I can’t seem to understand why the need to bicker about posting, deleting, flagging etc. It’s so transparent and I’m sure gives them much pleasure.

Sadly, The only thing that gives pleasure to this group appears to be torturing the injured.

I came on the thread prior to @hut-ho78. I had been following it without posting because there wasn’t much news.

What changed was there was a development. Not in terms of “Barisone’s assessment”, but in terms of the civil trial. A judge ordered that 81 audio tapes held by the MCPO be turned over to the lawyers for SGF. Barisone would already have access to them as the defendant in the criminal trial, but they had not been included in the main dump of discovery materials previously provided to SGF.

At first there was some completely civil and informative discussion of the implications of this development for the civil trial.

Like @hut-ho78, I remember several extremely nasty, gratuitous insults directed at LK. If they were flagged and removed by the mods, they would not be there at this point, so it would be impossible for anyone other than the mods to “show you proof”.

So in one sense, the thread did not initially “go south”; there was an important development regarding the civil trial. However, in the course of the renewed discussion, the usual dynamics developed, and then the thread went south.

Maybe take a minute or two to ponder exactly why that might be…

So belly dancing makes the most sense to me regarding the veil.

It is possible the suboxone use was due to being on narcotics from the hospital and going on them to stay clean. I’m way more uncomfortable with RG’s admitted drug use than the suboxone. I can’t imagine feeling comfortable with a tenant smoking crack on my property and the behavior that would ensue because of it.

And I would say @Seeker1 that anyone considering boarding LK’s horses prior feels like they dodged a bullet having not boarded her horses. I can not fathom anyone wishing to drag this kind of client onto their farm. It would take the joy out of horses.

MB was also sleeping in the barn with his family, so I am sure a text about the dryer would have received an appropriate response.

After the shooting, sure. But per LK’s testimony in court, her last hospital stay was many years in the past, and yes, did lead to her addiction that she, many years later, was battling with the sub.

He behavior during that testimony suggests she was being particularly coy about her drug use. A follow up YT says she only started heroin in her 30s.

She did say that on YT, didn’t she? Along with all our grandparents or parents who were alive in the 60s-90s did drugs too.

Geez, @Warmblood1, are you that behind in the latest fashions for sneaking around a farm at night spying? I, for one, own multiple veils. Some have patterns, some are plain. I even have black Amish prayer cap for those moonless nights when I only need to cover my spectacularly bright hair!

Go drink some warm blood Warmblood1, and anty up for some good creepin’ around clothing. You need to keep up with the rest of us!

Yes, folks sarcasm! Love you Warmblood1!

I didn’t believe the story about getting addicted after the car accident. The bit about her 30s makes more sense. The story about the accident struck me as a cleaned up version for the jury and the general public. It’s more sympathetic if you blame it on an injury than just, you know, doing drugs. Celebs tell that story all the time, too. Sure, for some it’s the truth. It just didn’t come across as truthful on the stand and I see that impression was borne out by subsequent comments from the horse’s mouth, as it were.

Civil trial question please. Can/will all the civil trials be combined and take place at the same time for expediency sake?

I was under the impression that when someone is in recovery (on subs) they are supposed to wear a bracelet or some identifier to indicate that fact so if they are ever in a car accident or similar need of pain killers the hospital would be aware to administer a different drug bc normal drugs would not work. Any nurses aware of this?
