Hmmmm, that doesn’t sound like me! Do you have a screen shot or a phenomenal memory?

I just noticed this convenient out at the end of her post…of course!

Maybe it’s been cleaned up and deleted. It made quite an impression on me at the time.
Who would have cleaned up or deleted? I see a credibility issue.

I don’t have a phenomenal memory, or even an above average memory. I do, absolutely, remember seeing it, and the only reason I would remember a post is because of the over the top nastiness. I remember it was in all caps.

Who would have cleaned it up or deleted it? Well, either you or the mods, obv.

Instead on “suggesting” you didn’t post it by deflecting with a meaningless question or talking about “credibility issues”, please answer directly, yes or no, whether you posted it.

Despite my non phenomenal memory, I remember it distinctly. If you want to deny having written it, please make a straight denial, instead of hiding behind the deflection.

And I DISTINCTLY remember seeing LK post she had a Ruger.

And I provided proof I wasn’t the only one who saw it since y’all whined like mules FOR MONTHS about it. So now show YOUR proof that @eggbutt said it. I mean if it was SO horrible to you, surely you kept proof, right?

I expect this thread to be closed fairly soon all due to the misguided accusation of a nasty post that allegedly closed a previous thread. This is a perfect example if someone is going to make accusations about previous posts, they should be able to prove it.

Do you think his upcoming MH hearing will follow up with Judge Taylor from the criminal trail? I believe that is his name. In a lot of ways, I wish it were a different judge. Judge caught a lot of flack from others on YT so I suppose it’s not just me. I wondered during the criminal trial if the judge was more comfortable scolding the Mr. B because (IIRC), they had previously worked together, or if the judge had relations to a certain family.

I hope it’s public, too. Like the Heard/Depp trail, the trial was able to set the story straight regarding their characters and reputations. Maybe that, and the upcoming 48 hours episode and the Law and Crime interest will encourage its publicity.

Yes, it’s definitely staying with Judge T.

I really think the timing for MB’s case, along with Mr Bilinkis and Judge T’s history is what everyone saw. Judge T was overturned on appeal in the Vertetis trial in March 2020, I believe, and now that was working it’s way back through, so he’s dealing with a case that Mr B got overturned, and an insanity defense (those are tough) at the same time. Then courts closed, then they reopened and dockets are backed up, but you’ve got that whole bail reform thing so you gotta figure out how to move cases, and you have Mr B, who is clearly a master of pushing every single one of Judge T’s buttons without crossing the line into contempt.

I think everything will be fine going forward.

The Heard/Depp trial was interesting in that, like NGRI, winning defamation claims isn’t easy, nor should it be.

Maybe, in light of that trial, plus NGRI, plus, well, LK is something to watch under oath, plus I bet a ton of people would want to hear MB’s side of the story (should he choose), much like a lot of people wanted to hear Depp’s, might make a compelling case to try to air it.

I’m always fascinated by some of the bizarre physical oddities on different creatures. For example, how are the blue feet an evolutionary advantage? I can understand the size and shape of the feet, depending on where the bird lives. But the color?

I’ve always wondered the same thing about the fainting goats. How could fainting under duress be an evolutionary advantage? Wouldn’t that just make them an easier meal for whatever was chasing them when they fainted? Ditto for the possums that play dead.

I’ve actually seen that arrangement a few times. But in that case, the person hires their own private trainer, and compensates that trainer appropriately for the arrangement.

That is usually not the situation when a person is one customer among many in the trainer’s barn.

MB was not employed as LK’s sole trainer at her facility or whatever. MB had his own facility with working students, multiple clients, multiple directives (IE sales, training, board, etc) so I do not feel in any way it was reasonable for LK to expect that.

I know. That was my point. He had other customers there, including the ones who testified at the trial.

Ditto for the possums that play dead

This is total conjecture, but I think Opossums are exploiting the gap between hunters and scavengers. one likes to hunt a bit and then have freshly dead food, one likes way dead doesn’t fight back food. Opossums smell like the second, so off putting for hunters; then recover and scare off the scavengers.
