Actually, it has. As per many of our suspicions. If IM was not JK - as was outlined in that legal “bombshell”, do you really think that he would not be on here telling everyone that he was not JK and was being falsely accused or attacked or some such nonsense?

Per the testimony, MB and MHG had no real information about LK’s past history and negative behavior until they got the report back from the investigator, whom they had hired after seeing a bit for themselves and hearing chatter about her previous actions in NC, which was shortly before the shooting. By that time, they were already working to have her ever-growing number of horses relocated elsewhere and her training/adult supervision carried out by someone else. Per Lauren’s own words, her father refused to pay for local living accommodations in the NJ area as he had in NC and FL and was only willing to pay for the horses, leaving her and her sidekick to find their own housing on their own dime, which they were unwilling and unable to do, hence one reason for the refusal to locate. MB’s agreement to let them reside on the property was not supposed to be long-standing or permanent, as it was understood that they would be finding their own housing after getting relocated and acclimated to being in NJ again. Neither Lauren nor her sidekick has a personal history that would make them eligible for rental tenancy, so they soon twisted the agreement - possibly at the behest of JK - and negotiated to stay there in exchange for Robert’s manual labor doing farm duties and renovating/repairing various parts of the property, including the farm house and stable area. The rest is history.

Re: Florida, you are correct about documentation. I had to get a color picture of the Coggins on my (solid black) horse for the shipper to allow her to set foot on the trailer. printer wasn’t working so I had to send the Coggins to a friend to get the color version.

They DO inspect and they will hold the entire trailer-load of horses, not just the one with the missing docs, until the proper information is given.

We’re going to close this thread, as we have two threads going on the Barisone/Kanarek situation, the 48 Hours aspect of the discussion has wound down, and it’ll be a little easier to have the discussion occurring in a more linear fashion.
