I feel that it was pretty obvious throughout her time on the stand that her story was inconsistent.

I was distracted so I don’t know how clear that was to the jury, or if it was blatant perjury, but her testimony was unclear and confusing.

There was blatant perjury over the issue of placing multiple illegal recording devices around the farm. A blind squirrel could have identified it after listening to multiple witnesses (beyond just LK and RG) testify.

I’m not sure anyone will hold her accountable for it though. It was not an issue central to the elements of the crimes MB is being charged with.

It should be an issue in the civil suit though, I would imagine.

It is not established in my mind that they placed listening devices in places other than the locker, but apparently I’m not as perceptive as a “blind squirrel”.

Lots of people here are convinced she committed perjury, but it has not been established. She has not been charged.

What other lies do you claim she has made under oath other than not having listening devices beyond the one in the locker?

Did they testify when the sweep was done? If so, was it after the shooting event? I thought I heard in testimony that they did not find any in the office, so did RG have access to the office while LK was in the hospital? If so, would he have had access to remove any “alleged” office bugs?

I don’t believe Dr. Simring went into great details on the bugs, since he was just talking about their existence in reference to MB’s mental state. As in, the fact that the bug guy actually found the bugs just reinforced MB’s skewed perception of reality.

I don’t recall who else may have mentioned finding the bugs.

I rewatched MHG’s testimony yesterday and she was asked by the prosecution to read out loud some of her texts to MB and his to her.

LK was asked by the defense to read her SM to herself and then answer questions about her posts.

Was that because the prosecution didn’t have her read any out loud so the defense couldn’t either? Was that to keep her posts out of evidence—the jury couldn’t have them?

@MHM I thought MB’s lawyer, ST, was the one that confirmed that there were bugs found.

I may go back and watch him over lunch. Can anyone remember which day ST testified?

But those cameras were not purposely turned off minutes before the shooting by the person who placed the cameras.
