Wow! What a verdict. I have mixed feelings personally, but beyond that I am more generally shocked and professionally impressed by the NG by reason of insanity verdict. They are so hard to prove and very uncommon, despite what TV/movies portray.
Absolutely an emotional return, and hopefully he can get the help he needs and rebuild his life.

Well, he was found not guilty by reason of insanity. But not guilty is not guilty. So, I donāt know.
I think they had their hands tiedā¦Iām not sure this just wasnāt the only realistic way. I think if theyād been given the option of self defense that might have been a verdict that theyād would have gone to as well.

I wish he could know how many people have been supporting him all along. How many people he has never even met have been watching and holding their breath in the hope that he would be vindicated.

Iām so glad justice was served. My heart breaks for him and the life he has lost. We in the equestrian community need to give him support. This could happen an ANY professional.
After this evaluation he will likely be moved into a mental health transitional housing situation. There are some very fine ones. This also allows him to have social interaction, which heās gone two years without.

If her top 5 Iām the world lawyers saw her testify, I imagine they would withdraw.
I am sitting at my desk with tears streaming down my face. I truly believe that justice was served except for the fact that those two individuals broke this man. Broke him. I donāt know any of them but they should go to jail for what they did.

Thank God this is over and Thank God for the verdict, I wouldnāt be able to follow this trial much longer. BTW I am not religious, just a figure of speech.
