Honestly, I have never even experienced this from a moderator - just roll in and make a judgment call that a conversation was done and poof close it. Truly I’ve never seen a BB member become a self-appointed “thread doneness” patrol. I wonder how many other threads she’s not active on but has declared done.

Indeed, but on the same topic. Is it a thing if we are talking about other topics? Tack cleaning? Feed supplements? I suppose I’m not used to such active moderation.

Great - now I want blue cheese cole slaw.

Though all I can smell is garlic, as I just finished a pot of middle eastern flavored chili that is simmering on the stove. It entailed 6 cloves of garlic, so my hands will be able to ward off vampires, if nothing else.
