Holy Cow. Defense is doing a great job. He is nailing it. I wasn’t expecting that from this Counsel.
I especially liked how he started out thanking the jury for their service. Nice touch.

I started this trial pretty unbiased, teetering on ‘nothing else matters, you still can’t shoot people’…
Depending on what the jury actually get’s instruction on, I don’t see how they can get past JUST the forensic mistakes.
Nothing about the witnesses, nothing about the lying, nothing about the side plot… Just the lack.of.forensics.
