Again, different people react in different ways to trauma and stressful situations … but arguing with people in the YouTube comments of the trial videos using an alter seems like odd behavior for an alleged victim while the trial of the person accused of trying to murder them is underway.

I never would have been selected for this jury. I also don’t think the defense proved MB was insane at the time of the alleged crime.

Also, since the stable is a public facility and he went to a dwelling occupied by others, it satisfied the "into the public. " This is not someone in their backyard.

I was on a Teams meeting with my camera on when I glanced at this and immediately had to cover my mouth and think of something sad in order to not giggle uncontrollably. so true!!
It’s never felt so ironic that NJ has a horse as part of its state seal.
If there is a guilty verdict–well, I’m not a lawyer, but I wouldn’t be shocked if there is an at least an attempted appeal (based on questions of law, not of fact). Not basing this on insider knowledge, just hazarding a guess because so many legal decisions influenced the way the trial evolved.

The state attorney presented in his closing very clearly evidence that MB shot LK, maybe listen again without prejudice. The defense has never said MB didn’t shoot her, and has presented zero evidence it was self defense, just a lot of speculation and grandstanding. Maybe that will work for MB.
My take, don’t care if you don’t agree.
In the jurors hands now, all done arguing.

Aww…I was paged and missed it. Bless her heart. What will she do when the trial is over and the spotlight is no longer on her? What a truly pathetic, vindictive, disturbing example for a 41 year old woman with ZERO accomplishments in her sad life.
