I’m underwhelmed with USEF/SS and their inconsistent policy and actions on this series of events. Seems to me that LK should be enduring consequences for her actions too. I should be patient though.

Hearing there may be a jury question in #MichaelBarisone. Unfortunately, the judge does not allow us to broadcast audio when the jury is not in the courtroom. When this blinks on and off it means “off the record” and we have no audio. https://youtube.com/watch?v=aNBZgvUl8Xc…

That is incorrect. They CAN sue and then waste others’ time & money dealing with a frivolous b.s. lawsuit. Even if the court ordered LK to pay for the time & money lost by the defendants she can blow it off indefinitely.
But this is why insurance companies exist to hopefully protect the production company. I bet the rates are astronomical though.
