Judge on the bench
Judge Taylor looks irritated…but maybe that’s just his normal everyday attitude.
Clearly I was late to the party. Again.
But maybe those who tune in later will find it.
I didn’t comment until the trial started. I was a bit uncomfortable speculating or interacting with a victim who couldn’t control themselves… But once things were open in court, I felt I could comment on that content.
So yeah… I’ve been a lurking
Come on in! The water is fine. If you can navigate these LK threads, the rest of the BB will be a piece of cake. Lol.
Welcome!
Taylor is standing like he’s waiting for the jury to enter the room…
Foreperson Taylor asked if they/jury are being recorded
I’m wondering if he is discussing with them what they would like to do for the night…continue deliberating or come back tomorrow?
I missed jury instructions so I’m not sure if Judge told them if they would continue through the night or not.
ETA: Never mind, I see the piece of paper in his hand now that has a question on it.
Looks like they are breaking for the day….
And now that the jury is there he’s Mr. Sunshine and nice.
This guy…
I used to post a lot. Then well, life. But I lurk from time to time. I will admit this whole thing has grabbed me by the curiosity tail.
Kind of telling the jury was concerned they were being recorded during deliberations
Any lip readers out there?!?
Judge Taylor looks irritated…but maybe that’s just his normal everyday attitude.
It’s unfortunate we don’t seem to have anyone on the BB who can read lips. Lol.
Ugh and audio cuts out when the judge starts talking about 48 Hours coverage
A mention of 48 Hours, and then audio feed was shut off…
Nah. Did Bilinkas introduce any of these possibilities based on evidence (or lack thereof)? I missed the direct/cross of the detective and responding police officers. Were they asked about why Barisone and victims weren’t checked for GSR?
That person in charge of the audio feed is super annoying! Lol.
Also, since the stable is a public facility
I do believe the stable was private property, not a public facility.
I’m watching the video where ED is discussing his testimony with L&C, and the L&C commentator specifically asked him if he heard any yelling, arguing, etc and he says they were speaking, and Lauren said “there’s Barisone coming up the walk, and he’s got a gun” so clearly, she was on the phone with him, not Rob, at the time MB approached the house, and no such conversation as she described could have taken place.
I am a pretty cynical person, but I think this whole interaction had to be manufactured. The coincidence is just too great that she happens to be on the phone with her attorney who called at this exact moment and simply steps out to get shot by this apparently armed guy, who didn’t even know she was going to be there?
