You didn’t get the point he was making, but many did. Your interpretation is dark. Stop taking statements out of context. The prosecutor didn’t say that his dog bites his children when he’s wrestling with them. He was merely pointing out that dogs do get worked up and nip when their owner is tussling with another human being. Mr. Bilinkas would have you believe that the dog was trained to inflict bites and then was ordered to attack by LK & RG.

Apparently I am an evil stalker. Who knew? I watch all kinds of videos like this that are posted publicly on YouTube. You can gain insight from every lesson - not just the ones you ride in, but the ones you audit as well… both in person and online.
But if one wants to get a mod’s attention to address some heinous action that isn’t… just tag them.

As far as having nothing to do with the topic - that was but a brief sidebar… most if not ALL threads stray from the topic - often at great length. That also is not stalking or a crime or malicious. It is simply how forums work. Also, to this point, no one said anything terrible about LK in that video.
This is a big nothingburger.

I’m sorry you interpreted that as dark. My point was, there’s a HUGE gap between nipping, and puncture wounds. HUGE. And the medical people that treated MB all characterized it as Puncture Wounds. Not Nips.
I never once at any time implied that Mr B said they trained the dog to attack. I don’t believe that to be true, I wouldn’t say that under any circumstances. I do believe that dog has issues. I also believe she bit someone the day before.
I get you think MB is guilty. I don’t think the State proved their case on any of the charges. We’re not going to meet in the middle there. But don’t put words in my mouth or twist my statements, please.

Far as I’m concerned there’s no reason ro think he didn’t bring the gun for protection against the dog and he got beat up when he showed up at the house. The shooting happened somewhere during the beating, probably as a consequence of yhe beating and there’s no telling who had the gun by then. Reasonable doubt. Period.

Barisone was the aggressor. The dog did what came naturally in that situation – attacked the aggressor. He deserved to be bitten. I’m glad the dog bit him. Good dog!! I hope my dog bites someone who attacks me.

The same dog bit its owner - RG. And, the responding police officer. And… an old lady the day prior.
Gimme a break. The dog is an unstable stressed animal.

I must have missed the part of the proceedings where Bilinkas (or anyone else) said that poor Rosie was a trained attack dog. She just reacted, stressed out, to her owners’ mood, actions etc. - along the angry lines of “Finish the bastard!”
She was UNtrained. Not trained.
