Also makes sense because I think I remember LK is a Howard Stern fan. Babba Booey (sic) was a character on his radio show.
Yup. Schellhorn too.
I totally agree about technique. He has to provide his client with a robust defense. Is what it is.
But the way Taylor has gone after him this whole trial? It’s bound to create issues that Bilinkas can use to try and mount an appeal if MB is found not guilty.
This^^ A friend of mine who is a retired police officer thinks he might get off with the time already served.
So, I find it very interesting on how to consider using the state’s expert against them. They spent the entire trial keeping any evidence of LK’s plotted actions out of the trial…and then their own witness brings it all in and testifies to them being real events and the SM is proof of real coded messages, not made up fantasies.
Thanks, I kept thinking that handle was ringing a bell. But since I am not a Howard Stern fan and have only heard that “name” a few times, I couldn’t place it.
Cant find the referred to post where she confesses she is lauren to this YouTube poster, but here’s his conversation about it. He says the moderator got after her?
What are everyone’s thoughts about MHG dumping MB and moving on to a new beau?
Also wondering what people’s thoughts are on MB’s working student, JO’s mom now dating MB?
JO indicated on the stand they were in a "romantic relationship ". How can you be in a romantic relationship while in jail?
I don’t think it’s fair to get into this stuff on the forums. I think MHG has been through hell. If she’s doing ok now, and has some peace and happiness… let’s leave the poor woman to enjoy it.
I think if you knew him before, maybe for a long time before, if you see him suffering this whole disastrous relationship with these two characters, then charged, then MHG moves on with her life (for all we know with MBs encouragement), one might want to be someone he can rely and lean on.
As others have suggested, he certainly needs friends around him.
Coth turning into websleuths now…love to see it
That was in regard to the psychs about MB’s “statements” not LK/RG’s testimony.
Make no mistake, the defense is going to highlight every point that LK/RG/ED disagreed on and impeached themselves with.
I think she’s a victim in all this as well, and also needs to look out for her own health and well being (physical and mental). In addition, as a mother - needs to consider kids well being as well, and making sure they are in a stable situation and not exposed to too much of all this. Not that what I think matters one bit, but in her shoes I’d likely have done the same, as sad as it may be.
I think it’s understandable. MHG went through a very traumatic and stressful situation. And she has kids that were put in the middle of it all. Hard to blame her for moving on and starting over.
And as Angela_Freda mentioned, no one knows if MB encouraged MHG to move on with her life. Especially for the sake of her kids.
I mean, I don’t condone it but I also can’t say I’ll be losing any sleep over it either
If you do Twitter, L&C has a special Twitter account that posts when the verdict is in. If you want to follow, it’s https://twitter.com/lawcrimeverdict
And perhsps her promising future in Dressage. It was stated he felt she had alot of promise. I think MB demonstrated how much he cared about the sport in his help he offered to others, including 3day riders.
.
I hope you are right about this. I hope Bilinkas is REALLY detailed in his closing, and walks through the testimony of those three, point by point, and shows where they contradict each other’s accounts. Details do matter.
Indeed the state expert stated he felt it was a very odd that MB remembered everything except for the shooting.
I believe that poster used a phrase that was used by LK in the testimony and it was picked up on…
I think it’s their own personal business and nobody else’s.
I also think unless we have been in their respective shoes in a similar situation, which it is probably safe to say none of us have under these exact circumstances, we are in no position to say what we might do ourselves.
