I can literally scroll up and see the conversation flow. Anyways I’m not arguing over this I just wanted to point out it was proven a bullet went through the window. That was the only point I was saying there was facts and evidence to support.

What evidence?
Third shell casing? No.
DNA tests on the gun? No.
Fingerprints on the gun? No.
Gunshot residue on MB? No.
Lack of gunshot residue on the others? No.
Evidence from the video camera at the scene? No.
The only “evidence” comes from the word of the witnesses who have shown themselves to be unreliable, to put it mildly.

It was a real treat to watch, I hadn’t heard of Leif before – he seems like a very sympathetic and effective trainer, the rider was absolutely lovely and the mare is gorgeous. Nobody is saying anything bad at all!

It always amazes me when someone participates in a conversation but can’t even bother to figure out who they’re responding to.
It reminds me of my friend’s elderly mother, who holds a conversation entirely by herself and has no idea if anyone else is participating or not. If you talk to her, she just says “what?” or talks about whatever is on her mind at the time, with maybe 40% odds that she’ll hit on whatever you asked her.

Right. A bullet, from a gun. Went through the window. At some point in time. Not “the” bullet from “the” gun on “the” day. So why are you telling us to back through the trial to see that our “narrative” isn’t backed up by the evidence?
The prosecution’s narrative that MB attempted to murder RG by shooting at him is not backed up by the evidence. Period.

I don’t see anyone arguing that a bullet went through a window.
What we can’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt is if a bullet from MB’s gun went through the window during the events on that day.
It may have. It may have been fired a month ago.

I’m saying, there is proof a bullet went through the window. That’s all. Not who shot it, not what gun, not how it went off etc etc.
A poster said there wasn’t evidence any bullet went through the window, but there is. Now yall have wasted like 20 posts arguing with me about something I am not arguing with you about. LOL waste of your time and mine.
