Agree, but where is the proof that there was a 3rd projectile? Even the investigating officer said it was possible that the damage to the door, pad and window could have been caused by one that passed through LK…
Unless someone has pictures from the previous day showing that window undamaged, they don’t.
That wasn’t the question, the poster said the bullet didn’t go through the window, which, it did.
Goalposts being moved.
That is a big stretch. Highly doubtful.
This.
I think it’s a travesty if MB gets convicted of attempted murder in relation to RG. There isn’t enough evidence to support it. Seems like the gun charge in relation to RG has to be thrown out as well. Just not enough evidence to support it. Other than RGs testimony.
The question wasn’t who shot it or if it was a 3rd shot, it was whether the window was shot.
There was tonnes of evidence and testimony to prove this.
Narrator: They did.
There isn’t enough evidence to support that a bullet from MB’s gun went through the window on that day. It may have gone through on that day during the struggle. It may have gone through on a totally different day fired by a different person.
I didn’t see any evidence presented on that.
However, its common for shell casings not to be found. I’ve heard of one case where someone went back to a crime scene a decade later and they found the shell casing had been pushed out of a tree in the distance and was in the dirt not too far in, after having checked there thoroughly.
This. Totally reasonable doubt with respect to a charge of attempted murder of RG
I encourage you go back and watch from the expert testimony.
When you start arguing against proven facts and evidence just because you want a narrative to be true so bad, it takes away from the evidence that actually supports your stance. You don’t need to argue against this to make MBs case stronger. It literally changes nothing.
The poster was saying that the bullet going through the window is evidence that MB shot at RG. It’s not. No relocation of goalposts required.
Due to the criminal charges, he did not and would not get an appeal. The charges and associated evidence that support those charges have to be disproved or determined to be unsound enough to meet the criteria of personal guilt in the eyes of SafeSport, if he is not found guilty in a court of law. Whether or not that would be through arbitration or an internal SafeSport process, is anyone’s guess, as this is new ground, from a procedural perspective and I am unaware of any cases that would be comparable thus far.
Even if it is not guilty because he was insane? Which says he committed the crime but is not legally responsible?
But conceivable
I agree with whomever says MB does not seem well, and needs some serious help.
I, personally, would not want to be around him (and I have been in the past, FTR) until he seeks and obtains help for the trauma he experienced.
Can you please enlighten us what proven facts were presented at trail that conclusively show the bullet went through the window on that day, let alone from that gun?

Why is everyone replying to me then lol I simply stated the bullet did in fact, go through the window.

I am pretty sure all the people that care about him also want him to get some professional help. He has been thru a lot because of the LK clan. I have no doubt that he knows he needs help and wants help. (Something he is not getting in jail.)
