For the record, LK filed her civil suit in October of 2019, just after they filed charges against RC for the gun.
She had to be compelled to complete discovery, and then the case was stayed prior to depositions until after the outcome of the criminal trial.
ETA: her interrogatory responses include only admitting to the 3 cameras at the house and the recorder in her locker, and that she doesn’t delete her SM. You be the judge of if those are lies…

There is some great support from the dressage world on a post made by Karen Lipp on her facebook page. Some BNT’s chiming in. I hope MB know’s of it. One of the people who posted was harassed by that person who went around and took video without permission…she and her site shall not be named but what she did to SJ was similar in style as that of LK.

I want to comply with the mods request about not discussing riding, but MB’s attorney that has been riding with him for years (I think he may have said 20?) and owned too many horses for him to recall, has worse scores that LK. Even MB can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

It was flashing for the jury a minute ago. I wonder if part of the delay isn’t that the judge is trying to catch up on hearings for other people in his office. He has to wrap them up or take a break to deal with the jury and their question.
I’m still seeing the seal.
No word on Twitter about any verdict.

Yes it is! Apologies for my post…. It’s the most difficult part of riding - I did hunter jumpers, now dressage - it is so dang hard! And I ride good horses …. And I am terrible However I only ride one or twice a week - and have a full time job which does not allow me to ride during the week and sometimes on weekends…

Nope, they did not turn on the sound. The judge was holding another sheet torn from a spiral notebook which is how the question from the jury arrived last time.
