I think these general observations are accurate and could be relevant to a discussion of the situation at the farm at the time in question.
I don’t think nitpicking her current ability, especially from a video of someone else that just shows LK occasionally passing by in the background, is relevant or wise.
As someone else posted, she did not ride as a professional, so the idea of lost income as a result of her injuries is moot.
And the comments picking apart her position are likely to get the thread locked. Just as they would and should whenever anyone starts shredding the riding ability of someone who did not ask for a critique. Especially when that person is a junior or amateur.
It’s easy enough to refer to show results or scores to verify her level of competition, which is sufficient for the purposes of the discussion of the trial, and also unlikely to get the thread shut down.

Right there with ya so something is happening in courtroom. Light green or maybe that’s just what has been flashing and camera changed to it. No longer state seal in the screen but flashing picture of cartoon guy with microphone

I believe he brought the gun for self protection since he’d been threatened before and LK had backed him up against his truck in the past. And even though the research done by the private investigator was not allowed in trial Michael knew about the results of that investigation. That would make him afraid enough to bring the gun with him for his own protection… I think she came at him with her cell phone and beat him in the head and he took the gun out of his pocket and in the process she was shot twice. I don’t believe there was a 3rd shot. I believe the hole in the door and the window in the building were from a projectile that went through-and-through LK

Whoever guessed 6 hours, if this is the actual verdict, you were pretty darn close, between yesterday and today. I guessed it would take 2 days… I’m hoping it’s another jury question.
