Volume on by mistake for a second. You could hear a recording of maybe a sidebar? I think they are all there watching the testimony together.

They just had the sound turned on for a minute, and then it went off again, and then it came back on again.
It sounded like they were watching the playback of the psychiatrist’s testimony, and from the look on the judge’s face, it seemed like he was noticing a point where he could have jumped in and interfered with the testimony, but missed his chance.

Out of curiosity, why is this batty? I don’t want him to go back to prison, and certainly don’t care for anything Bob says, but I actually could see something like that being good for him if he has to go back. Once mustangs are green broke, teach them/inmates basic lower level dressage. Its not like it wouldn’t be beneficial to everyone, especially the horses.
I don’t think it would be particularly likely to happen, but if it did I wouldn’t think it would be a bad thing.

I swear that if I was a juror, by the second day, I would have gone home and written notes to myself—locked them up overnight and maybe reviewed them at breakfast, locked them up again and gone to court.
That would probably get me kicked off the jury, but I just couldn’t keep anything straight without them. I am better at remembering things if I have written them down.

It’s interesting to listen to Dr. Simring again after the fact.
The prosecutor’s summation tried to make it sound like Dr. Simring was being a slacker by not examining all 18,000 (or was it 19,000?) pages of social media posts, while the doctor just made it clear that it was not productive to go through it all since it was so repetitive.
Unlike the Mustache, who claimed he went through it all line by line at $500 an hour, or whatever his hourly rate may be.
I’m still wishing they had been better prepared for the question about how many arrests were on LK/RG’s background check.
