Barisone- New Thread

I wonder how much testimony they will ask to have played back. Given they couldn’t take notes, I could see this as the only way to get some of this straight.

If Johnny Depp isn’t above Law and Crime, neither is LK. :joy::joy::joy:

That’s taxpayer dollars at work, right there. I’m sure the Mustache felt like he needed to eke out every thin dime that he could.

They also allow people who are not supposed to be discussing the case to openly ignore your rules and watch the video and post comments.

Some how Bob forgot that part so I thought I would add it in.

Honest question. Have you ever been on a jury?

I have and I was absolutely knocked over by how much emotion and speculation on the part of the jurors comes into play. Granted the prosecution in the case I sat on didnt put a whole lot of work into the case. But from your posts I feel that you would have a similar reaction to the one I had. It seems so simple but in real life it doesn’t happen that way at all on a jury.

I could have hung a jury but I didn’t for many reasons. I still reel from the experience and it was a misdemeanor charge. The amount of speculation from members of the jury was even moreso than is on this thread for a situation that was much much less severe. I was almost selected for the second trial of the day which was a severe battery case and I am fairly certain that I would not have been able to emotionally handle it from a “why are my fellow jurors acting this way” standpoint.

I’m still amazed at how much of an industry this whole true crime thing is. I had no idea.

No doubt.

Just fyi people, if you look at the times of the YouTube footage of Simring’s testimony, he has about 7 more minute of direct testimony. Then goes just under an hour on cross. Then Bilinkas did a little under 10 minutes of rebuttal questions.

I’m not sure if they are editing out all the pauses in terms of sidebars, with what they are playing in court today. But… there will roughly be a little over another hour of Simring testimony.

WAIT! I thought they were emailing Bob daily? And they were having video chats with Don Adams on the regular? Couldn’t they discuss that in their nightly recap?

Does anyone still doubt that she is Bob Abooey?

Who else would do this?!?

She’s clearly getting anxious and making noise. Trying to grasp at some sort of control. Even if it’s just via the YouTube comments.

If someone is told not to discuss a case, can one of their other personalities discuss the case?

There’s big money to be made in TC. I follow a lawyer who has a YT channel. She mostly reviews high profile civil cases, but does some criminal cases too. She just got interviewed by Business Insider and she showed them paperwork which shows she makes $270,000 per year from her channel!

I missrd something, what injuries?

Very interesting. Their perception of the “alleged victims” (their words) was interesting indeed.

Are you asking what injuries MB had? Just want to clarify what you are asking.
