Perhaps he did not have a chance to fit it in as he was so busy discussing how bright and creative she is.

Or talking about all his professional achievements, who he kniws, how well, etc.
If MB was too boastful about his achievements at times*, this guy sets a new bar on that.

*I’ve heard this before about MB, maybe from the same COTH member, but with the background of MBs childhood, one wonders if this was part of his damaged personality traits from that abuse.

Does anyone know if there is a legal requirement for MB to be in the courtroom every day? Even for a day like this with no jury present?

I don’t know if it would be better or worse for his mental state to have a day off from this whole thing. But this must have been a long two weeks for him.

I’m going to set a Google Alert! Usually L&C will do a post saying there has been a verdict (in whatever case they are covering) and it will send a google alert. I think there may be a way to set an alarm for when the L&C channel goes live.

Please share how to specifically do that!

I believe she even claimed that he may have stolen it twice, since there was another search on it for exploding bullets or something like that. So she thought maybe he stole her phone twice in order to plant the incriminating search history on it, or whatever.

LK and RG’s version of events

I don’t know what testimony you heard but their accounts of the event did NOT match each others…and neither did the testimony of the one Psychologist yesterday. But here’s a valid point…how do you know that LK or RG didn’t have gun or fire a gun…you don’t…and why don’t you?..because no other person was tested for gun residue, a complete search of the area never happened and just as important, you’re accepting the testimonies of 2 pathological liars, LK & RG’s, as truth! Just sayin’

definitely a possibility…and with the text handlebars read also about how he felt MHG felt about him Definitely needing reassurance or putting on a face of confidence, masculinity. All common response to childhood trauma.

Like he just said in the jury instructions that there is no evidence that LK and RG have arrest records. Right, except there is, he just wouldn’t allow it in. He says typically you can use prior arrests to decide if the witness is truthful but…not in this case.

Anyone know why? Why the difference in, I assume, some cases such as this one?

Thats why there are alternates. In case a jury member has to be replaced.

Could be found of a lesser charge of “recklessly attempting” or “attempted aggravated assault” if they don’t find him insane.
