Answer- (mine) And IM probably became tired of dealing with such people. To the extent IM decided maybe, “98% of posters there are just too ridiculous to carry on anything resembling a logical discussion. If they use the words ‘Occams Razor,’ but have no clue how to apply the simplest concept which was literally designed to apply that the simplest explanation Is probably the right one, what happens when a less simple concept is introduced? FYI- @Knights_Mom …… you needed that specificity to satisfy one of the only 2 clauses of the 4th Amendment Search & Seizure- THE WARRANT CLAUSE. (First clause is the “reasonableness,” clause.) THE WARRANT CLAUSE dictates that a WARRANT must name precise persons, places and affects to be searched.” All those warrants you wrote as a CLERK…… never knowing the reasons why you were instructed to write them up that way in the first place! Can you really blame IM for leaving a BB which he/she found so ridiculous he/she couldn’t bear typing a single syllable again? Too ridiculous for words, literally. IM would probably answer a pm (maybe) but he/she 100% felt he/she was becoming LESS intelligent just by engaging with a certain group of posters. Duh.

I’m “wrong,” am I?? Looks as if I’m not. I could explain the tests used to determine whether or not a “search & seizure,” is “reasonable,” but surely, you already know it’s either a “3 prong test,” a “totality of circumstances,” test, or a “gates,” test. I wonder if you know how to apply such tests, as the SCOTUS precedent rulings dictate they must be applied? (Rhetorical, of course you don’t.)
