So at this point, how does SS proceed? As indicated, the Center will interview MB, but what about everyone else? I am guessing they will permit LK (RG? KK?) to discuss MHG?
And do LK’s recent claims of discrimination effect the investigation? She seemed to be trying to create an angle there.

Is LK ever going to go after her USDF Silver Medal? I sincerely wish she would. It would give her something to be proud of achieving. It seems she spends more time on YouTube now than riding…simply an observation.
But that would be true any other place too, that they were a liability, so maybe that was why they had a hard time finding a place to go??

If RG was outside and LK was outside and the dog was inside then how did the dog come to attack MB and attack and bite him? If both RG and LK were outside then there would be no need to open the door thus letting the dog out. Any other action regarding the dog leads to the conclusion that the attack was intentional and happened prior to the shooting.

A real trainer wouldn’t shoot his students either. There are a lot of people in the business who are not real horsemen and some work in very high profile areas. Horses get hurt every day. Usually not deliberately but sometimes exactly for that. Legs broken, back legs stitched, electrocuted, etc. People are competitive and money is involved.
Perhaps there should have been.

There was no evidence that MB was attacked first. That is why the judge did not allow self defense.
How did the dog get out to attack MB?
No one testified as to the action of releasing the dog. Why?
Because maybe it was released as part of the attack on MB.
Only as to the third shot at RG being an attempt to kill him. It could have been to warn him off or not happen at all. Reasonable doubt.
