There were no other plans until the tapes captured a really bad plan by Michael to get her out once he found out she had been arrested (not convicted) and made some mean posts to other people not even connected with him.

So now we are at the heart of why things went south. Michael found out about her long and sordid history of stalking, harassing, stealing, abusing, assaulting, and even shooting at someone. He found out about RG’s lengthy criminal record and both of their issues with illegal drugs. He received first hand reports from people she tortured, like GirlJoey. Perhaps her behaviour on the farm had already raised red flags, which is why he decided to look into her background more.

Does that sound like someone you’d want as a client? Someone you’d want living on your property with your family, staff and clients?

And now you admit she knew Michael wanted her out of the farm. Which again begs the question - knowing she was no longer welcome, why didn’t she leave?

Heck, the Kanareks didn’t even want her in their own home. I wonder how they were able to get her out? $$$$?

My husband and I do not and never wanted a barn.

I thought it was all LK’s money. By the time you pay the kind of board $ she does for 6 horses, I think that would easily accommodate the mortgage on a small personal facility.

If they renovate the current house they can turn a little profit in this hot market and then buy a new place that has a barn.

Except who would actually do the day to day care on the horses? Is RG going to take on full care of five or six horses 10 or 12 hours a day, seven days a week? Are they going to hire somebody to take care of the horses? Good luck with that.

Nah you take in a boarder or two just to pay for those horses and an immigrant worker or two. This leaves RG more available to vacuum and bake biscuits.

Please do not forget RG has to do the laundry!!!

Thankfully the chance of Michael encountering someone else who thinks playing with the mental stability of others for fun is slim to none. Thankfully Michael now realizes to not trust someone like Lauren.

I suspect Michael will have private personal security around him 24/7 to protect him from the Finish the Bastard gang. There are quite a few willing and eager to get him the protection he needs to pursue his life and heal in peace. Considering the Kanareks purchased a home several miles from his facility is an issue, of course, but simply another reason for private personal protection. I can envision real retired US Marines. Those who love and care for Michael will keep him well protected from ANY Kanarek or Guy Goodwin.

Didn’t you ever wonder why everyone all of a sudden admitted that Michael did it? That is why. They heard the tapes and read the transcripts themselves… both prosecution and defense. That is why Mr Balinkas changed the defense strategy officially to not guilty by reason of insanity instead of Not Guilty. They knew they couldn’t get that once everyone and their uncle knew he did it.

MB or his attorney never admitted he did it.

Bilinkas wanted self defense. Judge threw that out.

If Bilinkas wanted self defense then Bilinkas knew MB did it. The judge did not allow self defense because there was no evidence to show that it was.

No self defense means he was jumped and being killed or was afraid of being killed so he drew the firearm.

Notice if there was intent to murder then why did the charges regarding RG go straight to NG?

Do try and use logic on this.

Not guilty by self defense means the defendant did the act but is not guilty of a crime due to having to defend themselves against an attack. There was no evidence of an attack so the judge did not allow it. Alternative defenses can’t be introduced without evidence.

There was no evidence found that he shot at RG who may be have been a shining star for a day and saved several) so they found MB not guilty of attempted murder.

LK was shot twice so he was found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity which means he shot her but was not criminally liable because of being insane.

Because I don’t have a 6 stall barn Brenda Jane. It was not just her and she did not want to leave her horses there with MB and MHG.

Oh my, they would have to find someone willing to provide good quality hay, shavings (I hear Nellie sells shavings), feed, all on a regular basis; excellent arena footing, you know, dependable people (maybe some of MB’s NJ workers KK cooked breakfast for and who MB never paid might be willing to relocate) so LK/RG can keep their busy personal schedules…what is it they actually do for a living?

At times he wanted her to stay desperately because he needed the money. MHG probably didn’t want her there possibly because she was unaware of the financial issues. Who wants to tell a girlfriend they are wooing they cannot afford the property and make the business work? A man usually wants to impress his girlfriend with all of his vast assets. However, MB had just given his ex a large chunk of money.

He was not “wooing” MHG. She lived there.

MHG testified as to texts from MB that he was describing his business expenses-how much money he had to pay out monthly for the two barns.

He also sent her a text that said “it was hard to feel good after his ex clipped him for $965,000.”

So they were still developing their relationship.

MHG testified she wasn’t paid but she had 8-9 horses there board free, she did not teach, she schooled the horses.

Some wonder why they weren’t arrested some time ago. Seeker may have given a clue to that by indicating how chummy the family is with the Judge, Prosecutor, DA, MCPD, etc. Of course they are probably no longer in the general jurisdiction.

Michael was unstable for a very long time. He was unstable when someone posted on the Chronicle the warning not
to use him as a trainer. He was probably unstable long before that.

Ah, this was seahorse. LK adopted seahorse’s story as her own, again, after the fact, since seahorse reported that LK didn’t get her “warning” via FB until after the shooting.

She gave her name, I wonder why she wasn’t called as a witness and very suddenly deleted almost every comment she had made about MB prior to the trial? Is it possible that her story wasn’t quite as advertised?
