No, before the shooting when you transcribed the audio… Heard the danger she was in, heard the plot to kill her…
Why not take that audio or transcription to the cops, let them hear the danger she was in, get a restraining order?

Gross to me is someone intentionally setting out to ruin the life of someone else just for sport and fun because they did not get their way. (She testified to this on the stand so no saying it is not true.)
Who does that? Who freaking does that? Who makes excuses for someone who does that?

I don’t think Michael is a danger. (In danger, yes because clearly Lauren is not done with her plan, a danger to others, no.) Why? Because thankfully the vast majority of the people in the world act in a civil manner. They do not plot and plan to ruin the lives of others and threaten the lives of their loved ones all in an attempt to get their own way. Thankfully the chance of Michael encountering someone else who thinks playing with the mental stability of others for fun is slim to none. Thankfully Michael now realizes to not trust someone like Lauren.

Huh. It seems you are blissfully unaware that this has been/is being discussed far more intensely in other SM threads… with LK even taking part. Some seem to think that only this one very small forum is saying anything about this… okay then.
And once again you make sure to tell everyone you need to go find some “fun” and shower to clean up after posting here - I guess you did not read @Moderator_1’s post about insults etc.?
Seeker - you have identified yourself as Kirby K - LK’s mom. Every post you have made is chiseling away at this civil case - it is not helping and you are slowly but surely undermining LK’s case even more with your own words. It is definitely not in your best interests to continue to seek (see what I did there?) to engage, taunt, confront and present assorted “details” that may affect that case in any way… I am not sure why you think this is a good idea - or that it is actually helping.
It isn’t. 
Or maybe it is just more of the messed up plot to try to finish the bastard - by any means possible.

It would be to get your child out of harms way, as fast as possible. If places were turning her away, buying a place or leasing might be fastest.

I saw all the offers to move horses. Would have been done that day or the next and my kid would be with me in my house where I could watch over her.

Then why did she decide to do it? Why didn’t the State have them transcribed by a 3rd party and certified? If you read the various rambling posts her mother has posted here, you can clearly see there might be some confusion that may have come into play if she actually transcribed these nefarious recordings. Sorry, I don’t buy it.

This seems like such a perfect idea for them to set their daughter up, I wonder why @Seeker1 and JK do not think about it? It seems like since RG is willing to work off any and all of LK’s board he would probably be willing to just take care of all her horses at a barn that is hers. Then she can have in any trainer she wants to (that is willing to come to her, clearly).
I mean, LK says she is a person of endless means so buying a nice facility, up to her standards, should not be an issue, right?

I for one, would be furious the prosecution didn’t use the audio, after all that effort transcribing the elaborate plot to kill my child and her fiance.
I’d be livid.
I’d tell everyone I could what was in those damning tapes and how the prosecution didn’t use them and let the murderer of my child and her fiance get away with it.
I’d shout it from the rooftops.
I mean, why not?!

It’s curious after hearing that plot that so clearly describes the steps these people were going to take, (then did!) to kill your child… Well, it seems the obvious plan to just buy or lease her a safe place to go where these plotting murderers couldn’t reach her.

Except who would actually do the day to day care on the horses? Is RG going to take on full care of five or six horses 10 or 12 hours a day, seven days a week? Are they going to hire somebody to take care of the horses? Good luck with that.

Nah you take in a boarder or two just to pay for those horses and an immigrant worker or two. This leaves RG more available to vacuum and bake biscuits.

I thought it was all LK’s money. By the time you pay the kind of board $ she does for 6 horses, I think that would easily accommodate the mortgage on a small personal facility.
