Michael was unstable for a very long time. He was unstable when someone posted on the Chronicle the warning not
to use him as a trainer. He was probably unstable long before that.

Ah, this was seahorse. LK adopted seahorse’s story as her own, again, after the fact, since seahorse reported that LK didn’t get her “warning” via FB until after the shooting.

She gave her name, I wonder why she wasn’t called as a witness and very suddenly deleted almost every comment she had made about MB prior to the trial? Is it possible that her story wasn’t quite as advertised?

Trubandloki… what is your point. You want Michael free. I feel sympathy for Michael as well. I do not think he should walk the streets now because I feel he is still a danger. If I personally advocated his release and he hurt someone else, I would never forgive myself.

If true then you would advocate for your daughters treatment in house.

Her horses could move to one of the barns that offered to help and SHE and her man could move in with you. Not rocket science.

So he paid his lawyer to discuss her leaving with your husband, and he paid a private investigator to look into her history, and he paid for private security at the barn…all because of her but he needed her to stay because of money? But she was costing him more every month than she was giving him…so the math on this excuse is not working.

Despite you all talking, nothing has changed and nothing will change. Michael’s prognosis is out of our hands and with the state. They are solely in charge of his care and rehabilitation. I have and have never had nothing to do with it. Neither do you.

My goal is the truth and to help people understand the legal process and to correct any misinformation regarding law people might choose to post.

I also witness to the behaviors I have encountered myself with LK like when she tried to coerce me and bully me into silence in PMs.
