Why transcribe them before the shooting, to what end? And before any criminal act that one might think one needs them for? Why?

Why? Because this was a planned and strategized pattern of behavior most probably designed to harass, intimidate and extort what they wanted as revenge for his defiance and failure to further acquiesce to their demands.

Even the pretend negotiation between JK and MBs attorney was in my mind just a further bull tactic to delay allowing more time to intimidate.

I don’t for a moment believe that particular negotiation was made in actual good faith by the K side. It was a ruse.

Didn’t you ever wonder why everyone all of a sudden admitted that Michael did it? That is why. They heard the tapes and read the transcripts themselves… both prosecution and defense. That is why Mr Balinkas changed the defense strategy officially to not guilty by reason of insanity instead of Not Guilty. They knew they couldn’t get that once everyone and their uncle knew he did it.

MB or his attorney never admitted he did it.

Bilinkas wanted self defense. Judge threw that out.

If Bilinkas wanted self defense then Bilinkas knew MB did it. The judge did not allow self defense because there was no evidence to show that it was.

Here was the progression of the pleas by Michael:

1. First plea - not guilty
2. Second plea - not guilty by reason of insanity or self defense
3. Self defense was thrown out by Judge Taylor
4. Not guilty by reason of insanity was the final plea made by the defense because not guilty was taken off the table and self defense was taken off the table by the judge

• First plea - not guilty - (Michael saying I did not do it)
• Second plea - not guilty by reason of insanity or self defense (I did it but I was insane and/or they attacked me first)
• Self defense was thrown out by Judge Taylor
• Not guilty by reason of insanity (I think I did it because I was insane or did not remember due to my insanity) was the final plea made by the defense because not guilty was taken off the table (they all knew he did it) and self defense was taken off the table by the judge taylor because there was no evidence to support this defense.

Lauren’s dad and MB atty had a quick discussion at some point that was not completed. During the course of the discussions, MHG started her phone calls. Also, if Lauren was so bad why would anyone be willing to help her in real life? They WOULDN’T.

At times he wanted her to stay desperately because he needed the money. MHG probably didn’t want her there possibly because she was unaware of the financial issues. Who wants to tell a girlfriend they are wooing they cannot afford the property and make the business work? A man usually wants to impress his girlfriend with all of his vast assets. However, MB had just given his ex a large chunk of money.
