Barisone Trial Starting Monday, 3/28

Yes, I can imagine the dog being a factor as well.

It’s not what I would do, but I can imagine other people might do it.

I don’t think you can question who shot who - when they are arguing self defense or insanity. I believe its accepted that he did in fact, shoot her.

Correct me if I am mistaken ?

Question, in general: What happens if someone does lie on the stand? Is there some repercussions for that?

I believe that is called perjury

And yes, Jealoushe. I understand that we can’t question who shot who. But at this point, she has gone around in so many different directions

I can’t shut my gaping mouth! It’s on the floor! All these years of bla bla bla. I just can’t believe what I’m hearing yesterday and today. Didn’t mean to rely to you M

LK was just asked if she had planned to disable the cameras MB was going to put in the barn, and why.

She said she may have planned to do that, but she wouldn’t give a reason.

No wonder people were sleeping in front of the stalls!

On the youtube live video, if you go to timepoint -1:08, which is after the judge’s remarks, the lawyer asks “Did you say these exact words: I used my 7 minutes minutes to help Rob keep the(this?) six-foot-four MB subdued by breaking my IPhone on his cheek and in his ear”.

LK answered that “I probably said that, yeah”.

I agree, he seems frustrated with the Prosecutor star witness

Is it true this is Bilinkas first criminal trial? Someone commented that elsewhere.

And did she say she gained access to his office and could now get signatures, contracts, anything she needed?!

What the ever loving was going on there?!

She actually looks proud of herself. What a totally warped family.

I think affirmative defenses allow for an “if”, as in “IF mb shot Lk, then it wasn’t a crime because XYZ.”

Yeah but then he actually read what she said, and I swear I heard something about she used her 7 minutes to…etc etc.

Except I don’t think anyone has claimed at any point that he ever shot at the dog.

I mean in this modern age the more likely thing would be that Michael would open his iPhone and start recording as he got out of the truck. Why He would NOT have his iPhone recording every interaction is hard to rationalize. LK behavior of audio recording is the more expected step as the situation deteriorated.

And for the dog, I mean horse people up down right left have badly behaved dogs nipping at folks. I’ve been bitten in the ass by a Rottweiler at a BNT‘s farm. People pretty much laughed in my face when I showed them the bite marks on my butt. By Which I mean I did go to the police and they literally laughed at me. (This was a few decades ago.)

We are witnessing a psychopath. It is very believeable that she drove him crazy.

I cannot imagine anyone watching this would ever allow this one in the property. Yikes. My opinion.

Or to defend himself against the dog, against her admitted attack the previous week…

Interesting that the judge had to be prodded just now to say the same thing to the prosecutor.

No. The Vertetis case was in front of Taylor. The defense got a retrial.
