they weren’t allowed to discuss
Ok, thank you.
So sorry about your child. Devastating under any circumstances. I have a step daughter with addiction issues; she is following in her mother’s footsteps. Unfortunately, she has nobody to help pay her rent or anything else.
There are a lot of trusts set up just for these reasons. It’s not wise to hand an addict or mentally ill individual a chunk of cash. But those are very difficult trusts to manage, too, as the beneficiary may be very persuasive, angry and abusive, threatening, begging…
I’m pretty sure I heard that she went back inside to get her phone to call 911…also, that RG had gone back inside after he talked to MB on the porch.
The judge didn’t allow any of it because he claimed he was making up a story.
I wonder why he could not answer, she could say no if she didnt
Edit-could not ask the question is what I meant to say.
I thought the crime scene police officer said that they did not test LK’s clothing for gunshot residue. Only MB’s clothing was tested, as I recall.
I think now that LK has admitted she lies on SM is there any point in posting these SSs
Yes.
I think RC was there but she already testified that she didn’t see the gun again after she gave it to MB until after the shooting.
Lauren’s story is so confusing: first he shoots her, then she runs around in a circle, then up the stairs (into?) the house where she shouts to RG not to come down, then picks up her phone off the table but can’t dial 911 because the phone is too slippery with blood (MB’s??? from when she attacked him??? before the shooting??) then RG is struggling with MB while she hits him with the phone in the face. And all this while she was “dying” from the two point blank shots to her chest. I admit to being confused and maybe the jury is too.
That would also be true if the gun was missing from the safe and no longer in MB’s control. It does not necessarily mean MB took it and hid it away from her to use in a murder.
I was surprised her clothing wasn’t as stained with blood as she said her hands were. Does blood fade after 2 years?
the entire testimony was confusing as hell lol
That’s kinda my point
I said she did not suffer physical trauma TO HER HEAD. She may have had some memory issues related to the physical trauma from being shot in the chest with resulting medication, etc., but I doubt it can compare to someone who has been beaten unconscious by repeated blows to the head.
And it has been established - which this trial is proving again - that she lies whenever it is convenient for her. Truth and honesty and integrity and respect and common decency toward others are not real things for her. Everything is a game in which she must triumph, no matter who gets destroyed in the process. (I am a chess player, and I found her references to chess sickening.)
Yeah, she’s chain smoker. Pretty cool for someone missing 1/2 a lung!
That would also be true if the gun was missing from the safe and no longer in MB’s control. It does not necessarily mean MB took it and hid it away from her to use in a murder.
I was simply answering your question regarding whether RC was there and would she have seen MB take the gun. I didn’t draw any conclusions about who else might have taken it or if he hid it or anything else.
One gun? Two guns? Three guns?
Not surprising since she can’t count tempis either.
