Barisone Trial Starting Monday, 3/28

Real question, are detainees allowed to have a haircut to present in court? He could have used one.

True, by the same token she hasn’t prospered in her stated goals either.

Playing devil’s advocate here - that looks like a lot of rain - which very well may have washed much of the blood away, plus the shirt was red, potentially covering up a lighter stains after the rain.

I’m more interested in where the broken phone is in all those diagrams. The three phone we’ve seen so far were on tables and not broken.

Again, I am not, nor have I ever, argued that her choices were not flawed.

Well, he is in county jail, rather than prison, so many of those amenities may be much harder to come by, but I definitely agree he could have been presented much better.

Did anyone else notice how beat up the scene was? A table and umbrellas are essentially smashed.

Very interesting to see a coherent timeline and facts finally.

My guess is that after this trial, whatever the outcome, there will be little room for LK to launch any kind of civil damages case against MB.

The wrinkled ill fitting shirt. And a yellow tie? Not my choice in how to present. Hopefully its because its difficult to get that presentation done from detention.

For those of us who are stuck with work - will someone post a synopsis/summary of what was presented this afternoon?

its not bizzarre. LK hasn’t prospered at all, after her decisions to ruin MB, after he found out about her drug use and threats online about him and wanted her out. My guess is she will probably be even less happy or prosperous after this is done. So far she isn’t smelling any prettier than she ever did.

Perhaps the lack of a haircut, wrinkled dirt etc is just what the defense wanted to present. He is claiming insanity after all.
Unless MB absolutely refused to do what the defense asked, I believe generally the defense will advise his client how to appear.

Or the shirt was wrapped up in a suitcase and didn’t have time to be dry cleaned….

@soloudinhere, do you know of any legal basis, why before the shooting, the prosecutor’s office said that MB could not restrict hours and access to the property? I would think the barn would be considered separate in any tenant’s rights to the house. Most barns I know have regular hours that they are open and unless of an emergency or returning with the horses from a show or whatever that boarders are expected to adhere to those hours. Thanks!

Edited to add-I was also of the impression that liability waivers for anyone riding on the property were common through out the industry. I was surprised that was even brought up.

Edited to correct that the prosecutor made comment about the hours. It was one of the cops who said it.

Wow, Wow, Wow. Talk about bias. What makes MB a paragon of the truth? Right because you like him and dislike/hate LK and RG. Disclaimer I know none of the actors in this sad, horrible shooting affair. Good thing there is a jury who knows none of the players. Otherwise it would boil down to a personality contest.

Please don’t be concerned about any obsession you believe I have. I am thrilled the ugly truth will soon be told about these people.

Have you not been following along the past 2 1/2 years? LK has shown who she really is and this trial only confirms it.
