I have to disagree, seems like he’s grasping at straws that aren’t there.
Seems like instead of ask her to leave, MB wanted to come up with some plan to make their lives miserable, find out as much dirt on them as possible, send it all to Safesport and then watch her life fall apart but it didn’t happen that way. So resorted to violence.

I noticed that most people are using the tiny water cooler cups, but a couple of people have used their plastic bottles. And the judge had what looked like a normal ceramic cup of coffee or tea earlier.

If the judge doesn’t allow the text messages between LK/JK/RG showing the conspiracy and planning, I would think 48 Hours and others eventually will.

The judge can have whatever the heck he wants, it’s his courtroom. Plus, he’s not going to ruin any notes or exhibits if he should spill something.
Yeah. Just listening to the woman he loved would do that, for me. She may have moved on, but his love just was pinged into never never land when this happened. and hearing her talk about their life together, and dispassionately must be devestating.

I would imagine he is emotional, with the woman he thought he was making a life with, who showed her love and loyalty by refusing to take his calls almost immediately after the shooting, who is now testifying for the prosecution.
I wonder if MH is aware the Kanareks have made it clear that she’s next?

I’m kind of impressed at how composed MHG seemed on the witness stand. The parts I saw, anyway. That had to be a tough time that she’s been discussing very calmly.
She even declined to say that she was a better rider than LK.
That’s it? Oh! thats a different take! I thought there must be more. Is it all defense now, or is this just defense questioning the prosecutions’ witness?
