I say I’m going to eat my horse for dinner. I don’t actually mean I want to eat her for dinner. Everything is not always literal.
I agree. She witnessed it.
Judge disagrees
I just spent two days with my trainer who went to the Olympics, at their farm, so yes, I have. I was a working student for an Olympic eventer also, and ridden with many FEI trainers at their barns too.
Judge may be biased due to past cases he has judged with Bilinkas and been overturned on appeal. Perhaps he should have recused himself.
Did they say the Safesport stuff can’t be discussed?
That’s why NDAs are pretty much mandatory for employment with the prestige names, when it comes time to head down South for Winter work.
Am I confused or did Bilinkas say that GM is going to testify re: SafeSport?
You got that right.
With such a public trial, he should be prepared for other expert’s criticism of his behavior.
So then you are familiar with some of the tactics that have been used in the jumper ring such as polling, electric spurs, etc. or rollkur in dressage?
Yes, they seem to be blocking discussion of Safesport, as it pertains to LK’s involvement with them.
What does supporting the victim mean to you, please?

Yes
I’m not trying to change the meaning behind it. Keep it in context. If a horse is going to run you over do you let him? He could kill you. It is indeed kinder to give a correction that he will notice and that is effective. To teach it manners so that it can be safe around people instead of worthless and dangerous. Have you seen horses correct each other? To our eyes it’s a beating. A judicious correction needs to be substantial sometimes. Minimal effective aid is best. And he wasn’t saying it for public consumption, but as part of an ongoing conversation with someone who could better understand the nuance of what he meant.

We will just have to agree to disagree. I think that’s a wild interpretation to the text MB sent.
He was also talking about riding, not handling a dangerous horse on the ground. I’m done repeating myself.
Now they are saying that LK’s father was in Europe, when things were getting real bad, and MB contacted him and discussed the negative postings and behavior of LK. MHG’s father came to the farm at her request, to help guard her against LK and RG’s behavior.
If you say so.
My mother would be serving several consecutive lifetime sentences if that was true.
She used to tell me and my sisters that if we didn’t stop squabbling over the TV and who got to sit up front in the car that she would kill us if we didn’t stop.
This is being regarded as hearsay now.

However if you stated you have eaten a horse in the past and it tasted delicious and plan to do it again…….well different story.
Read what he texted.
