Judge disagrees
I just spent two days with my trainer who went to the Olympics, at their farm, so yes, I have. I was a working student for an Olympic eventer also, and ridden with many FEI trainers at their barns too.
Judge may be biased due to past cases he has judged with Bilinkas and been overturned on appeal. Perhaps he should have recused himself.

I’m not trying to change the meaning behind it. Keep it in context. If a horse is going to run you over do you let him? He could kill you. It is indeed kinder to give a correction that he will notice and that is effective. To teach it manners so that it can be safe around people instead of worthless and dangerous. Have you seen horses correct each other? To our eyes it’s a beating. A judicious correction needs to be substantial sometimes. Minimal effective aid is best. And he wasn’t saying it for public consumption, but as part of an ongoing conversation with someone who could better understand the nuance of what he meant.

Now they are saying that LK’s father was in Europe, when things were getting real bad, and MB contacted him and discussed the negative postings and behavior of LK. MHG’s father came to the farm at her request, to help guard her against LK and RG’s behavior.
