I am not familiar with this Law and Crime website or YouTube channel. Do they post the video of the court proceedings afterwards? Or is it only available to watch live as it happens in the courtroom?

ETA - I’ve met the man on several occasions, and trained with him briefly as I’ve said on previous threads. He’s not that good an actor. He really looks mentally unwell to me today. If he somehow gets released he looks like someone who needs some residential treatment for a bit to get on even ground.

I would not expect anyone who has lived for two years in a situation that does not allow them any time outside to look anywhere near ‘normal’ .

It’s more than that. His mannerisms and his inability to focus. Many people can spend decades in prison and come out and have a normal mannerism. JMO

Once they are spending decades incarcerated, they are typically at a facility that has outdoor time. Being someplace that does not have any outdoor area at all, because it is supposed to be short term holding, means a person is stuck inside only.

I did think it was interesting to hear the prosecutor trying to explain the basic premise of the horse business to the jury in his opening remarks. Good luck with that.
