Sorry, you are not making sense.

Comments on the lawandcrime.com chat are interesting. Looks like many of them aren’t buying MB’s demeanor at the defense table. Wonder who is tuning in there. They don’t seem like horse people.

Yes, that wouldnt surprise me. But the look in his eyes, IMO, is not something you can make happen.

It’s not victim blaming. It’s a relevant question considering the assertions of knowledge of a plot….either to murder her or to destroy MB…

Dan Abrams has a huge following so I expect it is lots of those people.

WRT MB’s demeanor - if it’s mostly an act, they’ve overplayed it. Were I on the jury I would 100% not be buying whatever horsesh*t he was trying to sell.

ETA - I’ve met the man on several occasions, and trained with him briefly as I’ve said on previous threads. He’s not that good an actor. He really looks mentally unwell to me today. If he somehow gets released he looks like someone who needs some residential treatment for a bit to get on even ground.

Did I miss it…. Did the prosecution leave out references to LK having recordings and the murder plot in their opening?

If it’s not an act, I wouldn’t want to be around him if he gets free. He looks unstable.

You people are constantly saying murderer, murder, multiple shot…facts matter. Perhaps not to you but to most of us. I haven’t changed my beliefs since day 1. Hate that for you.

If it’s not an act, I’m wondering if he’ll make it through the whole trial.

I would not expect anyone who has lived for two years in a situation that does not allow them any time outside to look anywhere near ‘normal’ .

Wonder if MB is allowed to be on any drugs/medications for his alleged instability. We also can’t rule out he may have access to illegal drugs in jail.

I wondered if the lawyer misspoke there and meant to say Barisone and MHG.

Regarding Barisone’s demeanor in the courtroom, I agree with the poster who said if it’s genuine, I wonder how he will last through three or four weeks of this process in court. Yikes.

Regardless of how Barisone appeared, whether it be the way he is right now, well kept, sloppy, sad, visibility distressed, emotionless, or whatever else, people will comment on it. Someone will always have something to say or make some sort of judgment about tactics or how the defendant feels. It’s so typical. Sort of relevant, but eh, the evidence of the actual case moreso.

I wish the judge would be quieter with the papers he is going through. It is distracting, hopefully not to the jury.

I thought the same thing.

Maybe we can call the courthouse to notify them so they can fix it. Lol.

We can’t rule out anything. Heck, this might not even be MB, might be a clone!

One of the stream commenters was far enough along that they missed being on the jury by 1.

yes, when I first saw him I thought he was channeling ‘One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest’.

Then I realized he was faking it. Watch his timing and how he watches his lawyer and the camera.

General comment. Thanks to those watching and giving updates for those that cannot watch it. Appreciate it.

@OneBellBoot, if you are able to watch any of today’s coverage, what is your opinion of MB’s demeanor? (If you care to give it of course!)
